    Will Hoyer Sign With Browns?

This report says he has said he will not if JFF is still around.

Notice he didn't deny the report the 3 times he was asked.

This situation will get very interesting if Hoyer continues to play well...and there is no reason to think he won't.

The best decsion the Browns made was declaring Hoyer pretty early and going with it. If they pay him market value, he will stay (even wth JFB there), if not, he will go where the $$ are. This is not hard. Long way to go, but he is sitting in a really nice spot for negotiation.

Hoyer should force their hand. He's headed towards a hefty payday somewhere.

As a Bengals fan I always want to see us beat the Browns so them having a QB controversy in the near future is a good thing. However, I hate to think that maybe/finally the Browns have the right recipe and they are considering throwing out the baby and keeping the bath water.

It will be interesting to see what kind of product they believe they have in Manziel. It is similar to the Drew Brees situation in San Diego. Rivers was a lot stronger of a prospect obviously. Let's also see if Hoyer can continue his early season success.
