    Teddy Bridgewater Selected 32nd overall

Teddy was selected by my vikes with the 32nd pick in the NFL draft. Other than the fact that I am ecstatic because, my favorite programs link up, do you think it was a smart pick at 32 by Minnesota?

My bad on posting on the wrong thread. Can a mod move it to the NFL thread?

Minnesota needed to get one of the top QBs in this draft. If they hadn't traded up to get him, Houston was definitely going to take him with the first pick in the next round.

I think for Teddy's sake, he may have been best served to go on the next pick. I sure do wish him well. Hope they get some help up front.

The good news is he can hand off to AP while he learns the ropes.

If I were him, I would have preferred going to Houston with the first pick of the second round.

Happy for Teddy. I agree, I would have rather been in Houston.

Help up front? they have 1 hole in their offensive line, left guard. Other than that, they have a great O-line. Teddy won't start this year. They will get him a learning year in and then he will be ready to go. Minnesota has bolstered their roster through the off season and now in the draft. I don't expect a superbowl, but I see good things with my purple people eaters.

Aren't they playing outside this season too? It gets a little chilly in Minnesota.

I thought Minnesota was a great landing spot for him...

That's my worst nightmare. I'd have to go on the DL in December

I'd say even most of the players already on the roster aren't happy with having to play outside.

Yes, will play at TCF Bank Stadium and then move into the new complex for the 2016 season.

A good pick for the Vikings, not so sure if it was a good place for Bridgewater.

At least he'll have some experience playing behind a middling offensive line...
