Unlike this situation, there are several layers of people between Snyder and the cheerleaders that they could throw this on. I think they fired a gameday operations executive and called it a day on the internal matter.

Kraft doesn't have anyone to fall on the sword for him here. Will force the NFL's hand if his involvement in the case doesn't end swiftly and quietly.

Am I missing something in that all he did was pay for some action? Or is he involved in the ownership of the spa?

The spa is involved in human trafficking. The women who had Robert Kraft as a client were forced into doing it. It wasn’t mutual or consensual.

    We all know that answer.

I, for one, will pick the latter.

Yeah it's one thing to just get busted for solicitation. It's not great, but it's just a thing.

He got tied up in a human trafficking sting. That's not ideal.

Prostitution should absolutely be legal. The spa/massage parlor part grossed me out a bit though.

I’d have zero problems with this if Kraft or anyone else were paying for high end escorts who were doing this because they wanted to.

The spa part of the story makes me think these guys were paying for underaged girls who didn’t really have a choice in the matter...

I don't think they were underage or that would have ended up in the story too.

My guess is that these are women illegally smuggled into the country by one means or another and have no place else to go apart from staying in the employ of the less-than-reputable people that keep them there.

    Good point.
I’m sure that would have been reported if that were the case.

However, with many who are here illegally, it’s very difficult to establish true identity and age so it wouldn’t surprise me if some were underage.

Alot of people are like me and don't care if anyone, rich white guy or poor black guy, pays for sex but do care if anyone, white, black, Asian, Hispanic, etc., disrespects a symbol of the country. Just like when that white dude tried to burn an American flag in the outfield of a Dodgers game a few decades ago. I wish along with snagging the flag he would have knocked the snot out of both of them.

We are not going to turn this into an American flag / kneeling discussion. Keep it to the subject of the thread.

I saw a tweet that said that these girls see 1500 men a year and that hygiene is minimal.

I saw that...it made me sick. You watch a movie like "Taken" and it doesn't always sink in how prevalent human trafficking is. The vast majority isn't like the movie...it's many many times worse.

I would think it has to be some kind of weird fetish with him. If not he could have some beautiful escort come to his home.
