I don't even understand your first statement. First you say not one was under on according to both gauges then you say one showed some under and one showed all over.

You're trying to look at all of this in vacuum. Unless all 24 balls were exactly the same, were all prepared the same, all went through the exact same use at practice, were all handled the exact same, and were all inflated in the same conditions, then yes the logic is natural gas law will affect each one differently.
The first statment was worded wrong that made it hard to understand. What I meant to say is the colts balls were not under the minimum by both guages, only 1 of the gauges had a few of the colts under.
Then both gauges had all of the pats balls under.

Thats what I was trying to say.

Hey, no big deal with me. You will always believe there was no wrong doing and I will believe there was. Neither of us will change the others mind, so we will leave it at that.

Quit making assumptions. I actually think someone probably did something. The issue I have is when you are going to suspend, take draft picks, and levee fines you should have something concrete.

What gets me, is this happens in HS all the time. Ball is flat, you know what punishment you get, forced to pump up the football.

All of this blah blah blah and the solution was pump up the footballs.

I've heard that ball manipulation happens frequently in high school.

Then don't cheat. That's a pretty simple solution if you ask me.

If you don't cheat you don't have to worry about it then do you? If you cheat then you shouldn't have any recourse or action such as appealing the fines etc.

You don't want to lose draft picks or miss games or whatever, then don't cheat. You all encourage cheating by saying they came down too harsh and nothing should be done.

Don't cheat and you don't have to worry about it. Hmmm, what a novel concept, play the game it was meant to be played.

Did you even freaking read what I typed? You can't be this obtuse.

I never said they shouldn't be penalized. IF they knowingly cheated, and the league has concrete proof they knowingly cheated, then drop the hammer. However, they don't have that proof and the report ignores a good deal of evidence that supports the Patriots stance.

And to say they shouldn't be able to appeal is just asinine.

    Yes I read your post.

Again in the league said they cheated. What don't you understand? Are you seriously that obtuse? If the league didn't think they cheated they wouldn't have punished them. Get it? !?!?

its really not that hard to understand unless you simply refuse to as some of you are doing. It's funny, all
    you Brady apologists
    said before the report came
out that he was innocent and you would wait for the findings. Now that the report says he was parr if it you still deny it so as I said earlier there is nothing to ever change your mind. It was made up before the report even came out. Talk about obtuse lol

You wanting to believe they didn't cheat doesn't mean they didn't. You even said if the league finds they cheated then drop
the hammer. THEY DID!!!! So what are you arguing for? They cheated and got caught. Pay the price.

They got caught cheating and now you say they didn't?

Please show me where I'm wrong. Show me in the report where it said there was no wrongdoing.

I will wait. Again maybe you can answer the question I have asked for the last couple days that none of the Brady defenders have even dated to answer...Why were the balls deflated after the inspections? Haven't even heard an attempt from any of you trying to explain that one.

This is exactly what happened. End of story.
