There problems came from the top (management) and trickled downward to the players.

I still think the Raiders have some decent talent, even on the offensive side of the ball.

Congrats to Michael. Coached against him when he played at Male and knew he had this type of ability. I hope everything works out in Oakland.

I agree with the #1 pick of Russell. But not to draft any O line when their existing one is as bad as it is?

I expect him to have a very successful pro career...

    Lineman are overrated !!!

If Bush gets any bigger maybe they can convert him to Offensive Tackle.

This was a great pick for Oakland, IMO. They have some backs right now that will be able to bridge the gap and give Bush time to get back to form and adjust to the NFL. I think they got their back of the future and their QB of the future. Also, if Lane Kiffin can resurrect Mike Williams, they got a pretty good receiver for a low price...and a QB that will buy Russell some time. The line is still a major concern, but I still think Gallery can be a good one, whether that be as RT or one of the guard positions...the talent in Oakland isn't as bad as their performance the last two years. With what they've added, and if Kiffin turns out to be a good coach, they aren't that far off. I expect them to be much more competitive this year...not sure how many W's that will result in, but they'll be a better team. They just need to stick with Kiffin...lay out a game plan and stick with it...this changing coaches every year gives them no chance.

I was disappointed that the Steelers passed on Bush and drafted a TE ...
