This is why Dalton frustrates. These last 2 weeks against good teams fighting for playoffs he has played relax. Even though he missed green on a td throw just now, he looked good. I wish he would play like that against good teams when the season still matters and pressure on him to perform.

While typing that we give us a huge return and a td before half. This looks like the Steelers game again.

The Bengals cut possibly a future star kicker in Elliot. Seems like each year we give up at least one or two special teams tds. Darrin Simmons better not be the next coach.

And Darren Simmons is a possible replacement for Lewis? Lord help us.

    1. No squib kick by the Bengals with 23 seconds left in the half.

    2. With 4 seconds left in the half, no matter what, the Bengals have to return that kick by the Ravens. The Ravens smartly squib kick, as should have been expected. The Bengals take a knee on the return. Why?

Well the defense has a pick 6 to start the second half to go up 24 to 10. Then have the Ravens on 4th and 3. Ravens go for it, they have him stopped and he reverses field and ends up getting a td. Nice run by him on a play the Bengals had stopped.

Let's call this game the Quarterback Mediocrity Bowl. I'm not sure who has flubbed up worse today between Flacco and Dalton.

That unnecessary roughness penalty on Williams is one of the worst calls I have seen all season

Why did the Bengals not challenge that fumble?

Despite the speculation by the announcers, IMO there was a 0% chance that would be called a fumble

The announcer was wrong. Zero percent chance that would be ruled a catch and fumble. The guy had it for less time than the Steelers te even had it against the Pats. Great no challenge by Lewis there.

And that is why William Jackson let LeVeon Bell run past him along the sideline. You hit a guy with one foot in bounds and you get flagged for unnecessary roughness.

I recommend a rule change. It cannot be unnecessary roughness for hit along the sideline unless the player with the ball has had two feet hit out of bounds.

Looks like the Falcons are going to be in and the Seahawks out.
