    Your NBA MVP Vote

Seasons over, who are you voting for? I included Wall over Thomas because he's just simply too big of a liability on defense to even be in the conversation IMO.

Russ, and it shouldn't be real close. But it will be.

Russ? Harden? Kawhi? LeBron? Bill Simmons makes his Most Valuable Player pick. It’s historic.

MVP really needs to change to Most Outstanding Player instead of Most Valuable Player. Lebron James is without a doubt the most valuable player in the league now and is the second most valuable player of all time behind the goat. But Russ was more outstanding than Lebron this year, but lets not kid ourselves.

It would still be Russ. Take Russ off OKC and they are worse than the Lakers. Take LeBron off the Cavs and they still have KI and KLove.

Just because he has a better supporting cast doesn't make Lebron any less valuable.

To me the supporting casts is what makes Russ more valuable. There are two different levels of value for sure though. OKC doesn't make the playoffs without Russ and the Cavs don't make the NBA Finals without LeBron.
