    Steph Curry Free Agency

Just looked up his contract and saw that his 4 year, 44 million contract is up this summer.

Can Golden State afford Steph and KD?

Will this contract be the beginning of the end of the Golden State dynasty?

Should have traded him at the deadline...

I fully expect Curry to re-sign and GS to retain their key bench players. Money isn't going to tear the franchise apart.

I don't think Curry will be the odd man out in Oakland, that will come down to Klay and Draymond or both.

I read an article about a month ago where they seemed to imply that the owner is enamored by KD and willing to make him the face of the franchise. Makes me wonder if he will try to lowball Steph or if he will offer a contract of his worth. IMO Steph should have a top 3 salary in the NBA and should be he highest paid player on the Warriors.

The media has coddled Steph Curry/Warriors and his upcoming unrestricted free agency.

Klay is gonna be the guy that ends up making his own path.

They'll find a way to lock up Steph and Draymond.

KD can opt out this year can't he?

Anyone think he gets his ring, opts out and goes home to DC?

Nothing surprises me anymore. I halfway expect Steph to leave and KD to become the face of the Warriors.

I think KD has a player option for this year. I think he stays though.

Draymond and Klay are locked through 2020 I believe. I'll go look.

    Klay's contract runs through 2019. Draymond's runs through 2020.

Really great point. Steph is for the children. Can't spoil that with narratives of him going home.

I think the core will remain intact for a couple more years. Then towards the time Green or Thompson's contract runs out they will trade one.

I had no idea he was a free agent this summer. I agree media has made nothing of this, it would be the lead every night if it was some other players and they'd be asked about it daily.
