I agree, I believe both will be pulling LeBron's and going home sooner than later.
Durant to the Wizards and Westbrook to the Lakers or Clippers
The Thunder's little run may have ended last season

Billy Donovan has a history with the OKC front office regime.

What about a guy like Thibodeau?

Definitely a very nice situation for whomever takes over IMO.
I like Ollie for this job

Gottleib was saying today that Donovan may have the same "Family" issues that Urban Meyer had when he suddenly left Florida and expects him to go to the NBA somewhere. I guess Billy D like the ladies a bit too much also.

They have to get serious about staying first.

KD is the first to speak out on the firing. Said he supported the team's decision.

Wow, didn't know KD wasn't a Brooks Fan!

He did thank him for everything he has done for him so it wasn't inflammatory but still weird to see him openly say he supported the team's decision. Maybe being too much of a company guy?

I think it's more a subtle way to let Ollie or Donovan know that he's willing to give the new coach a chance before making a decision.

Stop. Williams was told he was safe if they made the postseason.

KD will be in Washington with John Wall once his contract expires in OKC. Westbrook is the Kobe replacement in LA. OKC goes back to be an also ran in the league.

    Link?

Ollie hasn't been offered the job to remove himself from consideration. If OKC/Durant calls he will pick up the phone and listen. Ollie is the only coach that keeps KD in OKC. I have to believe the rhetoric that says that OKC consulted with KD before they fired Brooks. KD accepted it too easily.
