MJ never had to face a team this stacked.

97-98 Bulls swept but Barkley was a non starter in the second game (played some)
98-99 Strike shortened season, they did not play...Jordan retired after the season

Jordan had retired the previous year. Spurs won it all the strike shortened year.

Do any of you ever research your statements?

The Rockets team described never existed in that form. Geez.

Jordan faced some good teams. Were those teams this deep? I don't know.

Suns were pretty talented. Jazz had Malone and Stockton.

Back to the subject, this Warriors team is just flat out near impossible to guard for an entire game. Team is as well built to exploit a defensive weakness as well as any team. They don't have the Aircraft Carrier down low, but every other position they can make you pay if you cheat off a step on defense.

Cleveland isn't the best defensive team ever, but they were unable to even slow them down the Warriors for more than a few minutes.

This Warriors team would match up well with most any team I've ever seen play, playing as the game is played today...they would be a tough out for any team.

Part of the evolution of this team and others like them is the NBA implementing rules on physical play. If the Pistons of the 80's played this team today, they would get destoyed. However, if they played in the 80's with the of contact that was allowed then, maybe not. Draymond Green would not last 5 minutes with Bill Laimbeer or Dennis Rodman.

Jordan never lost in the finals to a team he was heavy favorites over either.

Outside of maybe the first title, were the Bulls not the favorite in ever other final?

How many finals have James team been the Vegas favorite going into the finals? I have no idea, but I'm pretty sure they have been the underdog a few times...including this season.

I don't think any of the teams Jordan's Bulls beat could hang with this Golden State team. The 80's Lakers & Celtics teams are much more comparable with the Warriors IMO.

I'm not sure if I would rank LeBron higher than Jordan, but I am confident in ranking this GSW team over any that MJ faced.

To me your final paragraph proves my point.
Imagine Jordan being the underdog in his prime, you can't.
