I just can't imagine anyone getting invited to camp/summer ball that wasn't on the roster last year would get guaranteed money. Management must really think a lot of him and no way he gets cut. I think he'll do well

It's the NBA. $$ is ridiculous there. I'd imagine there's no way he'd have signed the contract without it being guaranteed.

He loves Germany apparently. I highly doubt he would have taken the deal otherwise. Management is already very familiar with him and they have two other Kentucky guys they are trying to keep happy. Probably played a factor.

    Same thought occurred to me.

Always thought a lot of Darius. If I remember correctly, my avatar and De'Sarae Chambers were the only two girls invited to his third-grade birthday party.

I got to coach Darius two seasons in football and he is an outstanding young man. I am very happy for him. Congratulations!

Darius Miller's contract with the Pelicans expected to be for two years, for more than $3 million, per sources

On a side note.... you know you are from Maysville/Mason County if the two Millers in your phone are Matt & Darius!

Always thought him and Chris both could have played Division 1 football

Chris was either first or second team all-state with Dustin Grutza chucking him the pigskin.

I will never like Brian Kelley for the way he treated Grutza his senior season, always thought Dustin was the much better QB over Kelley's man Pike. I forget now, but wasn't Grutza a two year starter and then was benched for Pike when Kelley got there his senior season?

Dustin was the starter for Dantonio and in Kelly's first year, Mauk started. Dustin then started his senior year but suffered a bad leg/ankle injury at Oklahoma. He came back later in the season to lead the Bearcats to some big wins and secure the Orange Bowl berth.

I seem to recall at the time I was mad that Dustin didn't get to start the Orange Bowl, didn't Pike throw like 4 interceptions in that game and lost and Dustin still didn't get into the game?
