Cleveland Cavaliers Scribbles on Kyrie Irving's trade request, rumors -- Terry Pluto | cleveland.com

    7. A top NBA executive sent me this text about being able to trade Irving: "They will get the earth, the sun and the moon for the guy. He is 25, an all-star and under contract at below market for two more years."

Did the Kings really offer Fox? He's not the type LeBron typically wants to play with (read: young) but I think he's special.

I would love for Fox to play with LeBron. I think he would really flourish.

I think most rookies would, but I can't imagine Bron thinks he has time to mentor young guys. He's getting killed for his Finals record.

I'd love to see LeBron and a handful of 3rd & 4th year guys in the Finals. That would set him apart from the legacies he's chasing

I'd make it a point to watch some Cavs games if that happened.

So according to Stephen A, LeBron would beat Kyrie's "butt" if they were face to face....#FakeToughGuy

I see Irving as one of the most impressive shot makers in the NBA and not much else. I think his defense is weak. I don't think he makes his teammates better. If the Cavs are going to dump him they have to get somebody else back who is a great shot maker. If they can't find that, they need to get a great defender who can stop opponents from making their shots to offset the loss of Irving's offense.

The new GM will get tested early, he needs to pull off a good one if he wants to stick around long. It won't be easy winning without LeBron and Kyrie in '19.

Well, I saw this trade proposal, if you wish to believe the sports media :

LeBron James 'eager to see Irving off' as Cavs offered new monster deal for Kyrie followin Rose signing | Yardbarker.com

This would be like the Hershal Walker trade in the nfl.

Bledsoe, Jackson and another pick? Do it!

I would do that deal if I am the Cavs.
