Jimmy Butler is not even close to being worth the headache/cancer he's become.

And there is this side to it as well. Jimmy Butler believes he one of the top 5 players in the league. An elite level difference maker. When in reality he is in that 15-20 range, IMO.

Ehh, I think 20 is probably best case.

Probably more in the 30s range IMO. He's a very good player, but no team with him as the #1 guy is going to even sniff competing IMO.

15-20 puts him in the co-star role. He was third team all NBA last season, for whatever that is worth. Regardless of where he is power ranking wise, he thinks he is a mega-star with loads of potential. His personality is as salty as it comes and no team will win (big) with him leading the charge.

The Timberwolves could if their two long term signed stars weren’t so mentally weak.

Interesting discussion. I think Jimmy is a top 15 player.

I’d take him before John Wall and Kyrie Irving.

This is where I am. I can't imagine any team with Butler as their go-to guy ever really competing for a championship.

He's definitely good, but he's not Top 15 good.

I’m taking Jimmy before Kyrie and CP3. Neither one of them have ever carried a team by themself and CP3 still can’t win with Harden.

Kyrie stays hurt too much for me.

It is refreshing to see a guy all about wanting to win and his preferred destinations are New Jersey, Miami, New York, and LA (Clippers).
