    Does Lebron James have to......

Win 7 titles to be considered better than Your Royal Airness, Michael Jordan?

I say no. I say Lebron James is the best player to ever play the game of basketball. Cue the MJ fanboys who put the LilBTheBasedGod curse on me.

I'm not sure if hes the greatest, but I do think he is the most dominant player. He's so darn good and impossible to guard.

A few more will be enough for me.

LBJ joins Bill Russell and Bob Cousy as the only guys to play in the All-Star game and the NBA finals in 5 straight seasons.

For many, yes he will. For many he won't.

Nope. He needs to win one or two more though IMO.

I feel like he is a hair better than MJ. Rings be damned. If MJ's 6 rings make him better than Bill Russell then Lebron gets the GOAT title for me. I've never seen anyone do what he does on the court.

Lebron James is the best ATHLETE to ever play the game of basketball...

His size and athleticism is unmatched in the game, that alone makes him damn near impossible to guard.

That still doesn't make him the best basketball player ever. JMO.

He doesn't have to win seven, but two sure ain't making me change my mind.

If rings were the only thing that mattered, then Robert Horry is better than Jordan, too.

I'm sticking with MJ no matter what cause I want to talk about him like my dad talks about Oscar Robertson when I get to his age.

I think LBJ needs at least 4 rings to validate having the discussion. MJ and LBJ are really different players so its partial hard to compare.

Michaels baseball hiatus can't be discounted. I have no doubt the number would be more than 6.

That actually bring up an interesting topic....If he hadn't had his two "fake" retirements, how many straight would they have won?

We'll never know. Getting kicked out of the league for a year for gambling ruined that thought. It would have been fun to watch the Bulls and Houston play.
