The Jazz took the Bulls to game 6 and it took Jordan doing is Magic by getting a late steal and hitting a shot at the end for them to even win that series in 6 games. So for me I find it very hard to see the Bulls winning in 4 or 5 games or even 6. I think this would be a great series that would go 7 games more times than not.
Also note that Jordan didn't have Pippen when he beat the Jazz. He had back problems.

Would Shaq just completely blow them up in the post over and over?

In his prime no one would stop him. With that said both the Portland Blazers and I believe the next year Kings had the Lakers basically beat and took great comebacks at the end for the Lakers to get by those teams to the finals. The Kings especially played a fast style like the Warriors and the Lakers had a hard time with it. That definitely would have been another fun series to see.

96 Bulls and early 2000s Lakers would both be more than the Warriors could handle IMO.
