Then I have no idea what you are looking at. Why would he close his glove before the ball is in it? He's looking at the ball so he knows where it is. To believe he just closed his glove on his own makes no sense.

But I think most blamed his father for that. LiAngelo wasn't leaving college otherwise.

What basketball player left their team to focus on the draft? There may be someone but I can't think of any.

No you don't only have the glove closing. I literally do not know what you are looking at if you can't see that his glove hits something that pushes it closed. Can you say 100% it was a hand, no...but it was something. You can see the glove start to move inward in the middle like something is pushing against it.

Well if you can't see that in that video there's not point in continuing. It's as obviously as the sun so not sure what else there is to say.

I don't know whose hand it was, I can't even say it was a hand, I do know you can clearly see something contact the glove and start to close it. It's before the frame you screen shot.

I'm watching it now on my computer and you can clearly see the glove hit the hand and begin closing. There is no debate. If you are watching on you phone maybe it's just too small to tell. I'm watching on a 17" monitor and it's beyond clear. The glove actually ends up hitting about 3 hands stacked together. Now watching the rest of the video I think makes it almost clear he is in the field of play. If you stop it at the :14 mark (it's only...

Except with replay it has to definitively show what happened before they are supposed to over turn it. Which is why I believe had he called it a HR they wouldn't have overturned it. Could be wrong though.

Again, the only debate here is whether Mookie was reaching over the wall or not. The video we have 100% confirms the contact with the glove and fan closes the glove. As I said before IMO the call on the field has to stand either way because the replay does not show definitively confirm where Mookie's glove was when the contact was made.

If you can't 100% tell from the video they tweeted that the contact with the fan closed his glove I'm not sure what to tell you. It is 100% beyond a doubt clear that's what happen.

Again, go to SportsCenter twitter account and watch the slow mo video they posted. Without a doubt the fan contact closed his glove and he was looking at the ball. No Question about it.

IMO the pic you posted doesn't clearly show anything. It's a pic of someones TV and is taken for an angle that distorts the screen. It also in no way clearly shows the other two guys extending beyond the dude in the white. You can't even see their hands. What you can say is their hands are on the same plane as Betts' glove so we are left with deciding which side of the wall that was on. The dude in white is bending at the waist but is that so he...

But I don't agree that the fans reached over. It's possible but I have not seen anything that definitely shows that. I lean the way of thinking the fan reached over but again nothing definitively shows that.

I honestly don't think this shot clearly shows one way or the other. Betts' not touching the wall doesn't definitely say one way or the other either. If he is reaching back his glove is going to be behind him so he could easily be reaching over the wall and not touch the wall. I will say with the other things you point I tend to agree that the fan reached over.

In that case, IMO, you can't overturn it. I've yet to see an angle that clearly shows without a doubt where Betts' glove was when contact with the fan was made.

Yep, pretty clear. That said I'm not sure what the call on the field was but IMO whatever it was you can't overturn with replay as it was not clear who was where.

A and C are not correct. B is the only point up for discussion. SportsCenter twitter account posted a slow motion video of it that clearly shows Betts' glove was closed by contacting a fan and he would have likely caught the ball as it was not past him. The only point of discussion is whether his glove was past the wall or in the field of play.

I thought maybe he did that as to not rush the field goal team. Run one more play so they are good and ready. Given Crosby's woes last week the last thing he needed was to have to rush a kick to win the game.

I'm not arguing for or against ND at 4 but what exactly have your eyes seen from Clemson that tells you they are beating any top 10 team by 2 TD's?

Actually looked pretty bad down the stretch. Had two easy throws late that were as bad as you will see and should have been interceptions.

I've never eaten at St Elmo's but have Harry and Izzys. Went back in August. One of our VPs that lives in Indy said the two restaurants share a kitchen, not sure if that is true or not. The steak at Harry's was awesome.

And that could easily change in the middle of a game with the player in an amp'ed emotional state.

Your not listening. Fault has nothing to do with it. Who wins if the kid reacts negatively? What is the positive in grabbing the players face mask? Does it out weigh the negative of what could happen.

I think in a 16 team playoff the best team would win 50-60% of the time.

I would argue no in the mind set of "any given day". UCF somehow beating Bama in round one of 16 team playoff to only get waxed in round two does not do anything help crown the best team. That's why I'd would actually prefer to keep it at 4. I don't what a basketball tourny where it's a feel good story for a low seed to make the tourny and get an upset.
