  1. Chris Renner is an embarassment to coaches at every level and is bad for young people.
  2. No one should compare Ballard's success in women's sports especially softball and men's basketball without considereing the type of individuals they are producing. Men's basketball has produced failure after failure post Ballard. Coach Jones in softball has a awesome program on and off the field. Just track the basketball players lives after they were used/played at Ballard. Mark Catlett is a fine person failed by a very poorly managed school and athletic department.
  3. The same grade and academic situations are occuring in the Jefferson County public schools. People in powerful positions are aware and turn their heads. The losers in the end are the young people. Grades are changed, test scores are fabricated. Young people go to college totaly unprepared and fail. They are used.
  4. I am familar with Coach Farmer from his days at Ballard. He will do a tremendous job. He always puts young people first. Great hire!!!!! Good luck.
  5. If you know anything about the game on a national scale you know it's true. Go to Indianapolis, Cincinnati, St. Louis and watch games. look at the Cincinnati LaSalle score against Ballard and they lost to Moeller by 30.
  6. When the game came down to discipline Ballard had no chance!!!!!! You cannot win shooting horrible shots. If Ballard doesn't get layups and it comes down to fundamentals they have no game. Very poorly coached, only managed athletes.
  7. Substitute!!!!!!! Nick is in against Oldham Rocks up 49-0 with 6 to go in the 3rd. Enough said.
  8. It is all explained when someone compares driving in Louisville to driving in New York City. The rest of the state outside of Louisville views Lexington as Big City America. The attitude of the rest of the state towards Louisville is truly unbelievable. Louisville is not a bad evil place as many seem to believe. Both are great hosts. The tournament should rotate. The convention industry should have to compete with prices, quality of hotels, etc. Contrary to most Kentuckians, Lexington is not a big city, only in the eyes of UK fans.
