Lone Oak will suprise Trigg and Heath will beat Webster which should send Trigg to Caldwell that first game. Trigg will be a tough first round game for anybody. This district really got the short end of the stick this year with the playoff change.
Marshall County, avery good 4a school beat Fort Campbell 13-7 in their second scrimmage and Warren Central, another good 4A school beat them 13-7 in the first scrimmage. They seem to be very young, but talanted and hard workers. They will compete with anyone they play, Paducah Tilghman will be a huge challenge for them the first week.
Fort Campbell will make a solid run in the playoffs, they lost some good players but do have some very quality kids coming back. Maybe not state championship contenders next year, but could potentially upset some good teams and cause a stink.
Just heard through the grape vine that Micah will be making an announcement next week on the ESPN network since he is rated as one of their top ten recruits. I wonder where he will be going? I think it will be between U.K., Michigan, Notre Dame, or Georgia.
Catholic will win 42-14, they proved to be the complete package against Fort Campbell. Would have been a different result if F.C. did not have 17 penalties on the night. Desales will not be able to stop them!
