Nope. MLS reviewed the possible cities for expansion, but no vote was had. They said they had no plan to vote. They did say Cincinnati took a positive step forward with their stadium deal.

Another rally is being planned for Friday. If the budgets are cut as Bevin has suggested, Beechwood School District would lose anywhere between $500,000 to $800,000 next year. Boone County would have to cut 110 employees.

I use Scott’s products in my backyard where my dogs run. I use the liquid version. Once it dries, I’ll let the dogs out. However, I’ll give it a day before letting them out for a prolonged time.

We built our current home, and we also stayed with the in-laws during the process. We tried selling our house by owner without any success. We put it on FSBO and had it advertised in the old realty magazines. We got a couple lookers, but when we got a realtor, she had it sold in 3 days for asking price.

NKY is definitely a seller’s market right now. Houses in good markets are sold in a matter of a couple days above market value. We’ve been looking for over a year now, and in the areas we’re looking at, houses hit the internet in pending status more often then not and well above any price I would ever pay.

I think it’s only a matter of time for the west coast schools. With the Alabama offer coming in, it wouldn’t surprise me to see the offers just start rolling in from everyone else now.

Teachers and their spouses also cannot collect Social Security when they retire, which plays into the sick day payout. Another thing this bill did is remove the death benefit for hazardous duty employees (fire fighters, police, etc).

But at least you don’t have to worry about going to work the next day.

I was thinking about hitting up a fish fry on the way home, but this thread has ruined that idea for me. I'm not going to get anything close to that grouper sandwich. lol.... I always got mine lightly blackened on the grill, but this fried one gives you an idea of the size of the filet.

I don’t recall that place, but I do remember Dockside Dave’s in Madeira Beach. It was across the street from where we stayed. The grouper fillet was twice the size of the bun. I grabbed lunch there twice as I walked across the street and it was packed with locals on their lunch breaks. Looking at the map, they’re just a block apart.

We went about 5 or 6 years ago. We stayed in a condo a couple buildings down from Sea n Suds. I can't remember the name of it, but it was a smaller building. I think we went through VRBO. One tip for dinner, go around 4:00 local time and there isn't much of a wait. If you wait until 5 (or 6), then plan on waiting. In September, the wait times might not be nearly as bad.

His daughter plays soccer for KH, so he probably grabs a bite during or after her training at T&C. I used to see him a lot, and he was always working. The only time he didn't have an ipad, laptop, or notepad with him was his daughter's soccer games.
