The reality is nobody knows why Juzang is transferring. He was playing a more expanded role the more the season unfolded, and that was most likely going to continue. I do hate when Cal jerks out role players for making a mistake or missing a shot, but it was equally as obvious Juzang was awful on defense through much of the year, had horrible decision making with the ball and simply couldn't be out on the court. Put aside his shooting. I do...

I am saying in general, set aside the COVID-19 stuff, the NFL is rumored to want to push back the start of the NFL season. The season would remain the same length, but maybe end late February or start of March.

Exactly. I know some only view this from the major program or UK perspective where transfers might not be as prevalent though more high profile, but I don't think many understand how many transfers occur at the mid-major level. Being a Murray State fan all my life, rosters are constantly changing. And Murray State is about of a well run mid-major you will find.

I thought Kentucky was the only team that players transfer from? Hmmm.... Anyone see where Wichita State had six players transfer this season?

Yeah, unless it is a critical needs situation like transporting medical equipment, moving doctors around, military mobilization to help against the virus, etc. I am not sure why anyone is or would want to travel for business or leisure.

I think I read where airlines are remaining open to take advantage of Coronavirus reimbursement/bailout programs.

I will connect that movie to The Net using Dennis Miller. Next person, take The Net and connect to another movie by using someone new. 1) Daniel Day Lewis 2) Liam Neeson 3) Ewan McGregor 4) Nicole Kidman 5) Robert Duvall 6) Tim McGraw

I agree. We will never know the full extent to which people were infected. My gut tells me it is probably triple of the current count of positive cases. A good example came from the Howard Stern Show yesterday. Howard's lead writer's wife tested positive for COVID-19. The other three in the family came down with the symptoms, and presumably the virus, but never took a test.

The NFL calendar is another one rumored to want to adjust a bit. Potentially shifting the start to late September or the beginning of October.

I always assumed that was the case. How do you screw that up? I know they were paranoid about a foul call, but come on.

Well, my wife finally broke me down and we have a puppy on order. He will be here next Monday; it is a goldendoodle. Last week sitting alone really got to my wife, so having the puppy companion will be a nice addition to the family. Plus we will be around these first few weeks to make sure he doesn't get into too much trouble. I have a lot of anxiety about this, but I know it will be good for us in the long run. We are naming him Fauci.

Things that stood out to me: - UK’s press against a superior foe was the neutralizing factor. The press wasn’t anything spectacular, but unless the ball made it to Hurley, it was 50-50 if Duke could advance the ball. I suppose pressing full time was so taboo, teams didn’t know how to adjust. - Everything was so packed in it’s hard to see how anyone could score a point. - Laettner was the best player, but it was obvious Mashburn was that...

It’s crazy. Recruiting rankings mean less and less because of the amount of transfers. Much rather take a risk on a solid four year guy than a gamble on a reclassified 17 year old.

The NBA has been looking for the opportunity to make this switch. It only makes sense to do it now.

Glad you asked this question because I have watched the game before and was like, "ok, I don't get what the fuss is all about." One team was vastly superior to the other and it showed in the end. Not remotely approaching classic game status. I know it has the highest ratings and most viewers ever, but that was also back when there were seven channels. Feels like the game became bigger as they rose in status.

Who knows if or when the NBA will return, but most indications are the NBA still wants to finish out the season. The NBA is not afraid to modify their product, but this would be a great opportunity to test out some things. A good example of this was the ending to the NBA All-Star game. They made it sound like they were doing it as a tribute to Kobe, but it was really about giving the "Elam Ending" a shot. And it was a success. Some different...

Hmm. That is an interesting theory. My mom (far West Kentucky) is 74 and has bad asthma. Just after Christmas she came down with what she thought was a cold and could never break it. It got worse and worse where she was having difficulty breathing, coughing all the time, blood pressure would spike and then drop. Energy level was next-to-none and would nearly pass out a few times a day. By early-to-mid February the doctor's said she had bacterial...
