The only time it makes sense is if it is DRASTICALLY discounted. I knew a guy who wanted a pick up as a second vehicle he could use for hauling stuff home projects for a fixer upper house he bought and other things a truck is good for. He got a few years out of it before problems started. He concluded that what little he paid for it was worth the couple years of use he got out of it.

Maybe they were hoping the NFL Draft would pull attention away from the lay offs and end discussion of it sooner.

What ever you do, don't just sit around moping "Woh is me", research on the bet what options you have and who you can consult with. If an attorney does take your case, they will probably take a third of what they collect so you may have no out of pocket.

An attorney without question needs to be consulted to see what recourse you have against this goof ball tax preparer. The consultation will be free. However, an attorney who goes after your tax preparer will probably NOT be a tax attorney, the tax attorney will probably only tell you what you already know, that the return was done negligently. CPA firms get sued, there has to be a firm in Lex, Lou and/or NKY who has experience with suing CPA...

In my concealed carry class, the self defense portion was taught by a police officer and he made the comment, "If you get into a self defense fight and you can cheat, then cheat. Don't let it become a fair fight." I assumed any logical person would feel this way but questioned that after this video. Unfortunately I bet a lot of people agree with him.

Grandfather of Oklahoma teen killed by homeowner in burglary says AR15 made for ‘unfair’ fight – TheBlaze While I feel for this grieving grandfather, does anyone really agree with his view that when defending your home the homeowner has an obligation for a fair fight? At first I just assumed this was a reaction after the loss of his grandson but after seeing the interview, I get the impression this is a view he has held before the incident....

When it comes to hunting animals for food and clothing, my thing is just make the kill as quick and painless as possible which is why is angers me when some fur companies in South East Asia have been found often they may not fully kill the animal before skinning it, so you have a beaten up crippled animal lying on the ground skinned alive. The same when you hear of deer hobbling around in the woods with the head of an arrow in its butt. Would...
