I agree , there is always a list of great players that could make it and there is a limit to how many can make it. The point is, Webb is undersized and more than held his own in head to head match ups with players who did make it. Webb improved as much as any kid in the last 3 years and I feel he should have made the team. I have talked with others in the Region who felt the same way. The greatest thing about Justin is he has the work ethic and attitude to have a successful future.

Let me first of all say I am biased. I was very disappointed that Justin Webb did not make this team. He played against many of the big kids on this list and held his own. I realize that record may play a role in the voting which is unfortunate because Justin deserved a spot on this team.

Anyone have any statistics on how many kids from the class of 2010 signed to played college basketball at the NCAA D1, D2, NAIA D1, and D2 level.

Hate to hear this. Ron is a class act. Have really enjoyed my interactions with him. I wish him the best in his new position. He will be missed by the coaching profession. He did a lot behind the scenes in an organization capacity to help the 8th region. It was nice to see him win coach of the year honors in the 8th last year.

Building a program takes time and patience. Athletics mirrors life and there are things that you learn irregardless if you are winning or losing that prepare you for the future. Bracken has been in a down cycle and eventually the tide will turn. It's not difficult to figure out why team's lose and I am sure the coaches are aware and are working to remedy the situation. It comes down to execution of fundamentals, developing the right mindset to compete, and making plays on game night. Eventually the tide will turn. Keep plugging away.

Saw the Demons at Morehead. They played really well. The do not have a lot of size but they pass the ball well and shoot it very well. Mason is very improved and will be one of the better players in the region.

Last Thursday, Cory Turner and Christian Courtney from Trimble County signed to play JV at Lindsey Wilson College. Congratuations to both Cory and Christian.

Very proud of Larry, has been a great asset to not only athletics but also to our overall school.
