I’m not talking about because it is Tiger. I’m taking about the difference between playing the last hole knowing you have two shots in hand. The pressure is completely different.

I wonder how things might have changed if everything remains the same but Tiger’s putt drops on 11. I was having Caddyshack vibes, expecting explosions to get that ball to drop in. How would Brooks have reacted on 18 knowing he had only a one shot lead as compared to two?

I genuinely don't see how Collins could be rated that highly with what they lost. JR Lucas was their only player who attempted a pass AND their leading rusher by over 500 yards. I know it takes sacks into account as well, but Lucas had more rushing attempts than every other player on the team COMBINED. Lost Stucker as well, leaving Anthony Bradford (78 carries + 2 receptions) and Sicari Toole (36 receptions) as the only returning offensive...

No, the cross bracketing this year puts CovCath back on the other side from Bowling Green and South Warren. If they meet, it'll be in the finals.

I don’t think Warren Central gets it done this year, but hopefully I’m wrong. I’m praying their 2019 schedule finally reflects where the program is.

I mean, I agree that I think FSU will ultimately be better. I'm just saying - wide margin? That's a harder sell.

Miami begs to differ. I think FSU can be #2 in the ACC this year, but they certainly can't claim it preseason by a wide margin. Heck, the coaches have Virginia Tech ranked ahead of them.

It's an even year, so if they're the same seed, Franklin would host as the even district rep (District 2).

That's likely spot on. That's why in that first game Bowling Green crushed them. They threw for 336 yards. Buchanan was 16/21 with 5 touchdowns. They only had 23 rushes, and some of those were sacks. Fast forward to November when Buchanan was 10/26 for only 89 yards, 1 TD, and 3 INTs. Script flipped completely. From what I remember hearing, it was less what South did in the secondary as it was pressure on the QB that caused those issues....

It was poor luck for Louisville to have that game be at Clemson in 2016. I also would say that if that game had been before Louisville destroyed FSU then it could have gone differently as well. Clemson was better prepared as a result, and they are always tough to beat in Death Valley. Louisville will always have my respect for 2016. And no one should have feared 2017 FSU once Francois went down. I don't think it would have played out the...

They struggled last year. The two years prior, they were 20-6. Aside from not knowing what to do with Lamar Jackson as he destroyed them, FSU lost two games by a combined 5 points in 2016. One of those was on a last second field goal, set up by a frankly questionable PI penalty. The other was by three to Clemson, who came from behind with just over two minutes remaining in the game. That'd be national champion Clemson. 2015 wasn't quite as...

It's a high caliber opponent who will prepare them well so long as they don't get any injuries. I would hazard a guess they would have much more loved this if it came the week before, giving them an open week before South Warren.
