I wouldn't think so. For example, just because a coach has a new baby and wants to spend time with his family and resigns doesn't mean the JV and Frosh Coach would naturally resign too. With that said, I would like to hear what has actually happened with some jobs. Everyone, is it standard operating procedure for a whole staff to resign if a varsity coach resigns for any reason?

Generally speaking I think it has been a long time coming. These jobs pay horrible and there are too many hassles.
