I had heard that St X has a handful of really talented freshmen who won’t even dress on the freshmen level this year. If true, this could obviously play a factor.

Did X have all of their players?

I would imagine all of the sophomores who saw varsity time Friday didn’t play in this one.

Wallace will change this. I’ve heard X has 8-10 freshmen that Wallace isn’t even letting them play freshmen ball. He’s pulling them up to JV.

Absolutely. Loaded Sophomore class, loaded Freshmen class.

Biggest crowd I’ve seen at St X in a LONG time.

Another thing to keep in mind: St X was without 5 key pieces on defense, 4 of which would likely start in the secondary. Dantoni, Karem, Gerhardt, Dorsey. On the DL: Bruner. Some good players that will be back.

Good catch. Either way, a Sophomore playing every snap at a skill position at X has been rare.
