CUSA media tabs WKU as the East division favorite, with 20 of 25 1st place votes. QB Mike White also named Offensive POY, and Kalen Towner STPOY.

My bad. Meant undergrad enrollment. WKU doesn't really have many graduate programs because of the reasons mentioned above.

Here is my long-winded take on the whole issue. Petty. I've lived in BG for 5 years now, and the original BG Daily news article was pretty spot-on. I grew up in Covington, lived in rural KY for a few years, and have been in BG for 5. Lou/Lex always get priority over other parts of the state. Politics revolve around them. I'd wager Bowling Green has a loss in tax dollars to rural areas as well, so that was a dumb thing for them to base their...

Hilltopper fans are breathing easy again. Mitchell arrived on campus Sunday night. Everyone is accounted for except Top 100 4* Jordan Anderson. He is still finishing some academic requirements, according to the program. Some assistant news also came out today. Mike Hsu, the ace recruiter for University of New Mexico is making the move to WKU only a few months after taking the UNM job. Apparently he is getting a big raise compared to his UNM...

Illinois is supposed to be dreadful this year, as most years. I'd say WKU will be a 3pt favorite on the road, much like they were @Vanderbilt in 2015. I think most publications have WKU in the 30-50 range (depending on G5 bias), and most have Illinois wayyyy down the totem pole.

They had several from KY committed until Brohm left for Purdue. Brohm gutted our recruiting class. We went from 1st in CUSA to like 4th. I love that we recruited KY a lot more than other schools by far. Most of our best players over the last few years are KY kids.

Go check out Goodmans tweets from today. Seems MR is being pulled towards overseas, getting out of NLI, or staying at WKU. His mom told Goodman that as of now, he is staying at WKU, so that is a good sign. He is supposed to be on campus by Monday, so I assume we will know by then.

WKU has had quite the interesting week on the basketball side. Pretty concerning to be honest. First, the scholarship of Damari Parris was not renewed on the last day to make such a decision. He was a Stansbury recruit from last year, and dropping him seems to have angered a lot of western fans. Just doesn't seem like the right thing to do to a kid you recruited, and especially on the last day. Barely has time to find a new school to go to....
