One hell of a game tonight if you missed it. WKU wins 41-38 in 3OT. Mike White had the longest TD pass in all of CFB this year, 93 yards. Score was 10-3 WKU headed into the 4Q. A 35 point 4th +31 point OT made this one of the most entertaining cfb games I've watched probably all year. Overall, a below expectations season for WKU, but at least we will be bowling for the 7th straight year.

Last home game tonight 7PM CT on CBS Sports. 100 Miles of Hate has little hype this year it seems since both MTSU and WKU have both severely underperformed this season. Both were considered to be fighting for East Division champ at preseason, but both are now only sitting at 5-5. With a few BG high schools playing each other tonight in the playoffs, attendance will likely be sparse. Hopefully WKU can simply make it to a bowl game. Next week...

Last night was probably our worst all around game so far including the trip to Puerto Rico. It was never a close game, but we didn't seem to have that "edge" this go around. Oh well. KWC is a team that we beat in double OT last year so I guess it is an improvement from last years embarrassment. Oh, and Dwight Coleby (our grad transfer from Kansas) had a put-back dunk that was #1 on SportsCenters Top 10, so that is pretty neat. This year that...

Makes me even more mad at the selfish idiots that ruined WKU's IPF plans last year. Look nice.

Jared Savage transferred to Austin Peay and has to sit out this year. He is going to be a good one. Mitchell Robinson and Jordan Brangers bailed out on us late, so we couldn't use their scholarship for this season. Everyone knows about Robinson, but apparently Brangers had some academic "conduct" violations before he officially finished JUCO, and WKU wanted to play it safe and cut him from the team after finding out.

Still waiting on NCAA to rule Anderson and Diagne eligible. Pretty ridiculous they haven't received word back yet. They've been signed for over a year. Should have told clearinghouse that they are UNC players and they would have received word back months ago.

Agreed with both of above posts. They have some big games coming up and if they win out they should be in the playoffs. But at the present moment, I think they are too high and UCF too low when you compare resumes. I’m forever convinced NCAA cares more about ratings than fairness. That goes for the NCAA tourney and CFP.

Just using what the committee uses: common opponent. I don't like UCF one bit, but I hope when they go undefeated and win the Peach Bowl they go and hang a national championship banner and dare the NCAA to make them take it down. Wisconsin has beaten 2 teams with winning records: FAU and Northwestern.

UCF got hosed again. This committee clearly compares conferences even though they say they don't. UCF has a better schedule than Wisconsin, and beat a common opponent by more on the road. "G5 do not apply."

It is going to be a fun team to watch regardless of if they put up 20 wins or not. They play very hard and seem to have bonded very well as a team. Hollingsworth is a complete stud and will take us to a couple NCAA's during his time here for sure. Ohmer will be a crowd favorite his entire career. Both seem to be some great guys off the court.

He's been a great deep threat for the Titans this year as a rookie. Caught the go ahead TD vs the Colts a couple weeks back. WKU sent 11 guys to the league from last years team (3 drafted). Sitting at 9 total players on NFL 53-man rosters currently.

I agree with you for the most part. Hard to deny Harper is one HELL of a basketball coach. There is a reason he won championships at KWC and took WKU to the tournament twice with inferior talent. Problem was that he was a terrible recruiter, and in C-USA you can't and won't win with OVC talent. I've said it many times, if Stansbury and Harper had a child together it would be in the HoF by the age 40!

Vanderbilt is -10 at the moment. Both teams pretty far below where people thought they would be at this point in the season. WKU was the Vegas favorite the last two years. Regardless, the last two years the games between the two have been decided by a total of 3 points. Not sure what to expect from WKU's side to be honest, we have been very inconsistent from quarter to quarter. Anyone have insight on Vanderbilt and their struggles this year?...

Last season was the 3rd worst loss record in WKU history, and the schedule was TOUGH. I'd be shocked if WKU does not do much better this year, especially after seeing what we have done so far in the preseason. 3-0 in Puerto Rico, clobbered a decent Samford team last week, and killed a CU team we only barely beat last year. I'm tempering expectations after the loss of Branger and Robinson, but if WKU gets Bearden healthy and Josh Anderson...

Did not see this coming. Samford had all starters returning from a good squad last year, and we only had 7 eligible players. Ohmer and Hollingsworth have just been spectacular.

I grew up going to school and church with her and her family. Seeing this shocked me. I know her family and her sister were really great people, and I assume some serious situation must have caused her to be estranged from them, and subsequently continue downhill afterwards. I just hope she gets the help she needs. I know many may disagree, but lies can spiral out of control very quickly. Perhaps I'm just giving her benefit of the doubt, but...
