Going to be a classic. Probably the biggest game in this 134 game series, perhaps. Both teams Top 40 RPI, with CUSA head-to-head tiebreak on the line, in front of a rowdy standing room only crowd that will be almost 8,000 strong. Tipoff is 6PM CT on Watch Stadium. You can watch it on their website here: 118383 – Stadium Or on their Facebook Live feed (has live chat): Live: Stadium College Basketball - Home | Facebook

Working in WKU's favor is also that they play the top 5 teams in CUSA twice each. They had the hardest conference slate in CUSA. With UAB, ODU, MTSU, and possibly Marshall all being top 100, that is a total of 8 in conference Top 100 RPI games. Comparing the post above mentioning Alabama and Michigan State, WKU with a possible 5-4 vs Top 100 is worse than Michigan State being 6-15? I know people joke about the "not enough quality losses"...

WKU has a legitimate at-large bid chance if they keep trending the way they are. 40th in RPI, 50th KenPom as of today, with two huge C-USA showdowns this weekend at home vs UAB tomorrow (13-5, 4-1)(KenPom #81), and longtime rival Middle Tennessee (13-4, 5-0) (RPI #32, KenPom #53) Saturday. The MTSU game officially sold out this afternoon, with remaining tickets going for about $200-$250 this morning. UAB game is close to a sell-out, and with...

Love that NCAA always has a regional site nearby/in KY. Imagine how fun an NKU + WKU regional site in Nashville would be?

I don't think many would have expected WKU to do as well as they have thus far, so I can't blame anyone. Just imagine if all the pieces from last years recruiting class had come together. That team would compete for a National Championship without a doubt. Tremont Waters, Mitchell Robinson, Jordan Brangers, Malik Newman... wow. I think this year our expectations should just be to make it into the tournament. I think most are projecting us as an...

State of KY looking pretty strong this year across the board. I think ESPN had 5 KY teams dancing in their bracketology a few days ago. Anyways, here's the RPI and KenPom rankings at this point. RPI: UKY - 6 UofL - 23 WKU - 40 Murray - 131 NKU - 133 EKU - 287 Morehead - 301

Anderson’s issue was regarding some high school coursework being completed late. Diagne’s issue is amateurism. Can’t remember the specifics.

Will travel with the team today for WKU's game marshall tomorrow. WKU was already an RPI top 70 team and projected 12 seed before this. Josh Anderson is arguably our best player and will pay huge dividends for conference play. If only we had him for OOC play, we could be sitting at 12-3 or 13-2. Now if we can get Mustapha Diagne eligible too, watch out.
