I just hope the family and his team gets a handle on this. He doesn't need exposure at this point. Maybe a prep school wouldn't be such a bad idea.

IF Bama gets by LSU; they will go undefeated. UCF and Clemson are darn near locks. So I would say 3. Notre Dame is a bit Jeckyl and Hyde plus USC plays well at home. I think the Trojans trip them up at the end of the year.

As crazy as this sounds: Nick Saban is the most underrated football coach in college. He will never get his just due as a coach because of his recruiting prowess.

I'm really not. My point was that any team can be beat on any given day. The issue is which teams deserve to have that chance. I just don't think UCF deserves the chance. Your boys will be o.k. once they heal up on the bye week. Beat Michigan and they are in. I am starting to question the coaching at this point though.

USF and Cincy are not top 25 teams. I've watched USF on two separate occasions and they are no where near a top 25 team. Cincy garnered top 25 recognition for beating a lame duck UCLA team. Take a look at the rest of their schedule. UCF is a very good football team; but put that team in any power five conference and they lose at least 3 games solely because of the depth they don't have. Ohio State, Bama, Auburn, Oklahoma, etc. have to go...

Ohio State is beat up, injuries all over the place. It's what happens when you play in a power 5 conference. It's gonna be close early just because of the atmosphere, but the Bucks win this one easily in the end. Purdue loss to Missouri for God's sake.

UCF is a good football team. There are about 30 to 40 teams in the power five conference that would be undefeated if they played UCF's schedule. Are those 40 teams also deserving to be in the playoffs?

Someone please tell me why UCF should even be discussed about being included in the four team playoffs.

No way Bama gets in 2 years in a row without winning the conference. The college football world would explode. Same may go for the Buckeyes, they may have gotten their mulligan as well.

Lol, you're right you haven't seen either team play. I love my dogs but our record is a product of some fortunate circumstances and a weak district.

SEC won't get two in this year. They were able to last year only because of your Bucks laying that egg in Iowa. UGA looks above average at best. I wouldn't be surprised if they go down to Florida. Now the sleeper in all of this is Michigan. If they run the table; does the BIG get 2 teams in?

He practiced today but clearly the kid is hurt. He looked average against Missouri. Just let him rest and try to get healthy.

Tua should sit the next game and rest on the bye week. If he is not 100% healthy when we play LSU, it is gonna be ugly. Nick Saban either doesn't have the confidence in Hurts to beat Missouri and Tennessee or he is being really careless with Tua's future.

I will scream this from the top of my lungs. Going to LSU is extremely difficult when they are an average team. Winning in that stadium when they are good is almost impossible. They're talent and SPEED is superior to every team that comes into that stadium not named Alabama and they are not afraid of anyone. If you catch them outside of Tiger stadium, they can be had. When they are good and playing at home it's a crazy place to play.

I'm just poking and having fun. ND is a very good team. They are on par with every team competing for the title including Bama. They can beat anyone on any given day. That defense is nasty, and once Kelly gets a good feel for what Book is really good at and really bad at, the offense will be on par as well.

I understand totally where you're coming from. But most people think that Saban is very good at game planning with a long time to prepare. More than that, it will give the team time to get healthy like last season. Bama doesn't beat Clemson or Georgia if they don't have time to heal up. Saban is 10-0 in opening season games at Bama. Most of them weren't cupcakes.

You are spot on. it is the biggest lie told about Bama's defenses. Of course the mobile quarterback helps; but what really kills Bama is a qb that can make timely throws into small windows. Watson and Cardale Jones feasted on man coverages and being able to move out of the pocket on occasion. This team is different. It could be the worst defense we've had since 2007. They're not bad, they're just not really good.

I think the exact opposite holds true. During the playoffs, Bama will be healthy. And with weeks to prepare for a team, Saban is usually lights out.(excluding Zeke and Deshaun Watson)

John Hardin will be much better than expected. There is a group of talented players still on the roster. I wouldn't be shocked at all with a regional final appearance.

My team is Bama. I'm very confident in saying tOSU, LSU, and Clemson would give Bama all they want and then some. Injuries have caught up to the offense, and if Tua doesn't get very healthy soon, LSU will be a problem.

John Hardin is in extreme transition. I'm hearing that the enrollment numbers are continuing to dwindle. The middle school program that feeds the school is doing awful in football, the next couple of years will be interesting.

The Heisman will be won or lost in November. Tua is great but he will have to go to Death Valley and beat that LSU defense. And Haskins will have to beat Michigan.

Join the club brother, don't mean to highjack the thread but looks alot like Bama. I told you so. Both secondaries got exposed, at least your linebackers are playing well.

No group of 5 team should compete for a national championship until they play a power 5 schedule. So they can see what it feels like to have their depth depleted from injuries going against top competition week after week. To play a game against top competition with your 3rd string OT, LB, CB etc etc. It's not apples to apples.

I've always thought to expand it to 6. if you win a power 5 conference; then you should be in the playoffs IMO. I can say that because the team I cheer has a good chance to make it in that number. If I were a UCF or another group of 5 fan then i would definitely want it to be 16.
