Just can't see Highlands being able to put up enough points on the road to stay with a Cov Cath team that is only giving up (on average) 7 or 8 points a game.

Not sure what a lot of people expected. HHS beat a bad Cooper team and an average Campbell County team. The step up in competition really exposed them. In fact, I'm surprised HHS has scored 3 times.

Gosney - QB from Highlands - is the starting SS for the Birds baseball team. Highlands won the 9th region and will be playing in the State Tourney on Friday.

Hunter Dreeves started... had some control issues. Grady Cramer came in and pitched really well. Rom and Doty each pitched 2 innings. I don't believe NCC had a hit after the first inning. Finfrock and Gosney made the District All Tourney Team. Kyle Rust was named MVP.

Spencer Dee pitched for the Birds... went 5 1/3 Gosney came in in relief and got a ground ball double play to get out of a bases loaded jam in the 6th

I think Gosney had a 2-Run HR and Ziegler an RBI double for Highlands.

You are correct, Colonel... Brady has committed to Hanover. His signing ceremony will be held Thursday 02-16 in the school library. Good Luck Brady. Should be a good fit.
