  1. Nah. I'd say the pioneers should be feeling pretty bad that they were trailing the Birds for most of the 1st half and let them score 53!
  2. Typical HHS v NCC battle. I think that ref had his yellow card on spring load. Handed the Birds 3 cards in about as many minutes. Probably less!
  3. Yep. Don't feel that bad really. He refuses to be a team player. I can see where he gets it from.
  4. NO. At least one parent was yelling at coach and players. Don't know if the other :poop:heads were parents. Don't think so. I can't imagine anyone other than that kids dad and HIS friends yelling at the coach to put him in. AN ADULT yelling at a player on the sideline to come here and i'll stomp your "rear" and that they'll drag the player off the field and do it. It's a good thing the bench was so far from the fence where the idiots were.
  5. trick? Video works fine. Hoped we'd be able to get a replay of the sideline stands action. The 240lb punter that still thinks he's a qb also has a dad who thinks the boy is a qb. So much so that he needed to yell at the bench and coach W all night about not putting him in. So much so that he even got into it with players. Feel bad for the kid. Has to be embarrassing. What sane adult thinks yelling at the coach, calling him names, and other things -during a game- would result in their son getting on the field?
  6. Surprised he's still the punter. Seems like they have other options.
  7. From greatness? No. Not at all. Greatness has been achieved over the last 100+ years. It will take more than a couple of years of being average to take that away.
  8. My thoughts exactly. But on the flip side, the kid may very well just let the defense through without trying, since he doesn't want to play there. So I think it's really more like the kid decides where he wants to play, coach decides whether he gets off the bench.
  9. Soo much for the Camels being all that and a bag of chips this year...
  10. Coaching problem? The coach can force a kid to play the line? Kid thinks he's a QB still but won't see the field at that position, likely, ever again. You can't make him be a team player.
  11. 3 of the starting Oline out injured. Running back Grant Murray steps up to play center. Knew it was going to be a rough one tonight. What's cute is that one of the biggest dudes on the team, a senior, wouldn't step up to play the line because he still thinks he's a quarterback.
