If someone was offering me $400,000 for a half hour talk and hob knobbing, Id say whatever they wanted to hear. Then id buy me a temperpudic mattress.

My biggest thing with Mike and Mike is the constant NFL talk, even in the middle of baseball season. I get ESPN is in bed with the NFL, but even during the NCAA tourney they'd be talking NFL. Also theyre a little to Disney (I know Disney owns ESPN) in their approach. I personally think just to many talking head shows for one station. All the sports around the world they could air I think would help, but im sure they did some kind of...

Call me whatever, but I'm old enough to remember when why'd show sports from different countries around midnight. I also did what many did and watched rerun after rerun before school. I'm now 34 with three kids, so the main reason is not enough time. I only watch tv for UK sporting events, PBS, and college and pro football. ESPN has little to do with it. I also agree that ESPN, like MTV, got way far away from its roots. We'd stay up just to...

I'm a semi interested hockey guy. Notably playoffs, bc nothing beats playoff hockey. I'm currently watching the Caps v Leafs. I just discussed the best hockey unis with my brother. My favorite is the Maple Leafs, his is the Red Wings. I'm in the majority that the first 6 are the best uniforms of any team at any level. But for me the Leafs are the best of the best

Not exactly on topic, but I did see it on Barstool sports. LeBrons got the ball just before half court and without dribbling dunks the ball. Obviously even with his length he took four steps with no dribble. Some theories say it was edited. If it wasn't, how could the NBA officials in even a regular season game let alone a playoff game, let this go? If it's legit.

This drives me nuts. How is she a racist? Islam is a religion and ideology. It's not a race. Muslim Come in all ethnicities, and colors. True most are of Arab descent, but not all. Just like you can't say doing something to Catholics or Baptists is racist as I know black Catholics, many Hispanic/Latino Catholics and same with Baptists. The lady is an idiot but it's not worth 6 years

In all honesty i could see tax payers being okay to foot the bill with US Bank. Its used year round for various events and could get even more intruiging events with the right renovations. But why not just charge more per ticket and concessions to foot the reno bill?

Being raised Catholic, but not a true believer, I do believe in an afterlife. Not the stand at the gates with St Peter kind, but something. I don't believe one guy will be there judging 1000s of individuals daily. I also believe it could be an eternal purgatory, like the waiting room in Bill and Teds Bogus adventure. I whole heartedly believe that the concept of the after life was created, by whomever, to make people more comfortable...

I don't think i learned anything new, but i believe it reenforced his belief in the 1 and done philosophy 100%. I can't stand John Thompson but when he said "you all the coaches over here. Then you have Cal by himself in reality...". That sold me even more. As a UK diehard I obviously want guys to stay, but after the part on Dejuan Wheat how can one even question the idea? The only reason the one and dones are coming is bc of Cals track...

My older brother got me onto the Premeir league and I have to admit, mostly bc they speak English and NBCSN does a great job, is why I watch any game when I can. The whole relegation thing intrigues me the most, makes teams step their games up to be competitive. If the NFL ever could do this the Bengals would be screwed.

So my work partner came back this week after being off 7months. He looked phenomenal considering he had a broken foot. Said he switched to a Ketogenic diet while off bc he couldn't do cardio or any lower body. I've read some about it, but has anyone actually attempted this? It makes sense on paper.

Good luck Isaac. Make as much money as possible while you're young. Can always then pay to go back and get a degree if needed.

May have been discussed before. But how long, if ever, would it take the USA to go to relegation like in other countries? Most notably England. Seems legit and most every city has some form of a soccer club. If he MLS would be open to that, then stadiums like Louisvilles could be a realistic dream in a lot of cities

I saw the ring on Barstool sports. I don't know how to post links on here, but if you want to see an awesome championship ring I would at least google it. If someone could post pics of it, I think most baseball guys would love it regardless of what team it was.

Never heard of a grooms cake either and I'm 34. I would've loved my wife to wear a sun dress and cowboy boots wouldn't of been able to wait until the hotel room that night. Camo isn't my thing but plenty of country boys wear it at work (hats, shirts, sweatshirts, etc), so I'd say if she's cool with it, she's a keeper.

Have to ask. If the four employees were scheduled to be in Louisville for a flight out the next day, why did they sell four seats that were needed? Also, is there any fine print that says you maybe subject to ceding your seat if necessary? Ive never witnessed it I flew alot, as my mom is a retired Delta employee. Ive only ever paid for a ticket three times as well.

So tonight I stepped on the bottom step of my wooden porch. Broke the tread and kicker off the riser. Start looking and the bottom of the riser (3 risers)were resting on bricks. Middle riser had shims under it between the brick and riser. Problem was the bricks sunk below the concrete pathway that the first two inches of each riser was resting on, slowly splitting the bottom riser. I figure I can use the existing risers as templates, but what...

I agree. The 4th foul on Collins all he was doing was properly trying to gain position down low and the baseline official called him for an offensive foul, thats the one that stands out to me most. Also the fly by and one on the three pointer. How can guys adjust to how the game is being called when the legal stuff they are doing is being called illegal?

I've lost my mojo this week so far. I worked in the yard all day Saturday and Sunday. Also had to patch my ceiling Saturday evening. Normally I'd run Saturday or Sunday but had stuff that needdd to be done outside. Worked 12 1/2 hrs Monday and then the misses had pizza waiting. I still did 100 push-ups and sit-ups, but could've done more. Tuesday I talked myself out of running at lunch and then my daughter wouldn't calm down until around 10pm....

So on Saturday I bought a gallon of tiki torch oil, filled every hole and drilled ten new ones. Let it soak about 24 hrs. Bought a bag of charcoal sat it on top of the stump. Cut open the middle, dumped more oil in that let it soak 30 minutes. Got logs from my garbage wood pile and built a log circle around the stump. It's still smoldering as of tonight even with all the rain. If this doesn't work it was at least fun to build a fire.
