As a guy who has a 10 year old son (who begs me to take him to a game) but also a five and 2 year old daughters this just wouldn't work for me. Obviously I could swing probably 4-5 games. But 8 Sundays is a lot of family time or extra curricular time. I couldn't commit to mandatory 10. I'm like others, I'm 35 and you'd be hard pressed to pay me $200 to attend a game. Reeks of desperation and I am enjoying it.

I'm reading "The Chicago Cubs: Story of a Curse" by Rich Cohen. I'm a huge fan of baseball history and this traces the history of the Cubs and points out numerous curses not just the Billy Goat. Pretty quick read. Also reading "Salt: A World History" by Mark Kurlansky. Traces the history of salt and how until about 100 years ago Salt was one of the most valuable items on earth.

Just a word to the wise. Im in there around 5:20am M-F and there is more often than not a Bellevue officer and enough times a Dayton officer either inside talking or in the parking lot. I'd bet it is safe to say they do the same on the weekends.

Melo has to be the most over hyped over paid player in history right? All he does is shoot, doesn't even attempt to play D. He does nothing to help whatever team he is on and costs way to much. I can't believe anyone would give that guy anything other than league minimum

After being a spectator this entire baseball season after having been an assistant the past 4 years, I got to see the other side of parents. I will say for the most part the parents on our team and most others were very well behaved. Obviously there were calls here and there that could've gone either way and some parents would loudly disagree but never harped on it. I was surprised how into the game i got watching my son play but I would always...

Bolden is a proven coach and Boiman a standout player in high school and college. This being an NKY event, why do we have two big time Southwest Ohio guys doing photo-ops?

Went to Cooperstown back in tbe late 90s with my parents and brothers. Watched a few innings of a club fame at the aboce mentioned field, walked around the town for a long time and of course spent almost all day at the HOF. Couldve spent two days there, so much to see and read. The city and region is beautiful. Certainly worth a trip
