  1. Another rising sophomore for Ashland who could make an immediate impact is WR/DB Isaac Caines. This kid has great speed, was a middle school high jump state champ, and has sticky hands. If the Cats are going to throw it around this year (and I sure hope they do) he would be a great deep threat. He and Adkins have been linking up for some major aerial yardage since 7th grade.
  2. What about "O" Line? Who's back? Who is stepping up?
  3. Apparently they didn't get the full two weeks in... I assume bad weather.
  4. He has a strong arm and throws with accuracy. We could have two strong sophomore quarterbacks this year
  5. You don't think those were embarrassing losses? I know the Tates Creek game didn't really mean anything, but I think it was an embarrassing loss when you look at the fact that the difference in the game was Tates Creek's passing attack . The Johnson central game was a defense of struggle, but I think one would have to question some of the coaching decisions . I'm new on here, but I certainly didn't want to make you all laugh so hard.
  6. Cats have suffered two embarrassing losses. I don't know much about Burbon Co. , but I would hate to be anybody coming into Putnam Stadium next Friday. Ashland will be fired up!
  7. Look at the total passing yards. Ashland 70, Tates Creek 240. This could be a picture of next season for the Tomcats without: 1. Quentin Baker 2. A passing game
  8. Haven't heard how bad. Hope he's healthy for Burbon Co. Next week!
  9. Passing yards. Tate's Creek 240 - Ashland 70. Could be a picture of next year without: 1. Quentin Baker 2. A Passing Game
  10. Future does look good. Robinson, Edmundson, Dillon Adkins, Will Adkins, Caines, Skaggs the list goes on. These guys will be impact players on future Tomcat Teams.
  11. According to the Tomcat Football program roster he's listed at 6'4" and 207 He's a big boy for sure
  12. Hard to say that. He is taller, has a strong arm. Can take a hit in the pocket and still deliver and he can roll out either direction. He is excellent running the option. He has good fundamentals. On the other hand, Ratliff is older and probably physically more mature. Ratliff has the edge in speed and is an outstanding runner. It's going to be fun to watch.
