  1. I am a big Pirate fan. Don't know much about the Knights. Many are expecting a high scoring game and both teams have shown the ability to put up the points. That being said, offense wins games while defense wins championships. Both teams have excellent defense but I have to give the edge to Belfry in this department. They have faced just about every type of offense this season while the only common opponent in Johnson Central gave LexCath problems in their run game. I am going against the grain in this one. Belfry 21 to 10 in a low scoring (for these two teams) game.
  2. Horton is only a Jr. He is bigger, faster, and meaner. Last night he made life miserable for Johnson Central. Belfry also has Cole Bently a returning all state tight end ( I think it was TE) that plays D as well. I think it will be a rematch from last year in BG, Belfry and Central.
  3. People continue to knock Belfry's pass D but the only loss they had was to a run heavy O. They have faced some pass happy offenses all year. They might bend but don't break. Same as their offense, known forever as a run team but this year they have scored ( I think ) at least one td per game by passing.
