  1. Holmes v Holy Cross in Championship for the third straight year. But HC win won't be easy against NDA! Holmes wins the 35th for second straight year.
  2. That's true. I personally haven't heard much about her, but after seeing her play last night it made me wonder why she isn't talked about more often. So that's why I say underrated, but then again I don't really follow Cooper that much. So I could be missing it lol
  3. I agree! I think she may be one of the most underrrated players. Girl can flat out play! Her shot is pure, she can do it all.
  4. This game was a classic.. Holmes led early in the first but their lead didn't last lost. Cooper led from the middle of the first until about 6 minutes remaining in the 4th! Holmes was down 11 at one point in the game. Players from both teams showed a lot of fight. Cooper is a great team and so is Holmes. I think this game will help both teams moving into tournament time!
  5. Good win for Highlands, handing Holmes their first loss to a NKY team since losing to HC two seasons ago, got to give credit when credit is due. Holmes is a very talented and athletic team and I for one am shocked by this score. I don't think this loss changes my outlook. Holmes still has a great opportunity to repeat this season, but it doesn't seem as easy as before. Highlands and Cooper seem to be clicking right now. Tyrah McClendon-Englemon had an amazing game last night! She never fails to impress.
  6. This game is going to be a battle. But I think Holmes has the edge here, beechwood is a very solid team but I agree with Sir!
  7. What a game! Congrats Holmes! The 35th District Tournament will be interesting!
  8. Congrats Lady Bulldogs on an amazing season!! & Cograts Jynea Harris on making all tournament team! I'm shocked by someone throwing a Gatorade Bottle at her from the upper deck.... Smh. But Congrats to Holmes seniors on a wonder career! Look forward to see what Gulley and Harris do at the next level.
  9. CONGRATS LADY BULLDOGS!!!! Well deserved, fought hard for this one! Give credit to Ryle on a fantastic season!!! Hopefully people will come out Wednesday night at support this amazing team! Good luck Bulldogs! Keep the trophy in the 9th!!!
  10. I'm taking Holmes by 6! The Lady Bulldogs will cut down the nets for the first time since 2002
  11. Holmes beats Conner again! Highlands edges Ryle in a close one. Would love to see the HHS's battle each other in the finals.
  12. Just the emotion that the girls expressed, they were serious all game and you could tell they were there for business! But afterwards, you could see the joy and a weight kinda lifted off their shoulders! Those girls didn't forget what it felt like when HC beat them last year on their home court twice - one being the district final and cutting down their nets.
  13. What a game to watch! Both teams played a well hard fought game! Holmes was on it tonight. In the first half, Holy Cross turned the ball over 7-8 times? Maybe more! Holmes pressure caused HC some trouble. One thing that impressed me was how well Holmes ball movement was against HC's zone. It seemed like a different team than the last time these teams met! Holmes wanted revenge from last year, you could see it after the final buzzer went off.
