  1. Since you asked so kindly... Brett wants to play college football. Baseball has been put on the back burner for the timebeing. Jesus, you guys can't get off my back
  2. A bit feisty there... and if I was a coward like you seem to be implying with your futile attempt to sound intelligent, then would I really be challenging the almighty Blair trusty and his incredible allstar of a son?
  3. I can understand how that can be seen as an attack. However, it is true. I did not see Trusty throw out a single runner during school ball last year. And many of his throws were off target. He has the arm strength but simply not the accuracy. Also, it doesn't matter what a player does in practice if it doesn't translate to the game.
  4. It seems like I'm the only one who has watched any of the players mentioned. Just wait til the season starts and you'll see that for sure
  5. Just let me know if y'all need any more knowledge. I will gladly enlighten you
  6. Let's just clear up all this speculation around beechwood. All you biased parents who just want to see your kids get playing time better listen up. RB will be the starting catcher at the beginning of the season next year. Burch will be second in line with Trusty most likely playing JV the whole season. Burch is the best catcher in the organization, however his bat is slightly lacking. Trusty is too inconsistent and can't hit the side of a barn with his throws. Now onto the middle infield. Mr. Wagner or mr. Doverspike (not sure which), Adam wagner is not a natural shortstop let alone the only natural middle infielder in the organization. You really need to get out a little more if you think that. The kid is young and doesn't think too well on the fly. He is pretty quick but he simply doesn't have the hands or arm strength to play varsity ss. Look for him being an average jv player this year. Trevor Soward is the next candidate, yes? He hits from the left side of the plate. When he gets hold of the ball it can go a long way. But he has to get hold of the ball first. However, what he lacks in footwork, he makes up in arm strength. The same can be said for the likely starting ss, Noah Huseman. He has slow feet but he has been clocked at 85 across the infield, with very soft hands. He's most likely to start as he played with Mullins and booth in summer ball and started at ss in the champions college fall league. I wouldn't be surprised to see him beat by Castleman. Mr. Logan Castleman is very fast and has a good enough arm for ss. Castleman played for the edge this summer and was one of the few freshman to play varsity football in recent memory for beechwood football. He is a very strong young man with a smooth swing. The most likely story for beechwood shortstop is huseman and castleman. Second base will most likely begin with senior Cameron way and transition to freshman John odom. John odom is the strongest middle infielder beechwood has. He is just young. He is very fast and has amazing hands and feet. Thank you for your time, and please, kill the freaking bias and actually know what you're talking about
