  1. Link to local news article. Hentz enjoys national title with Stanford
  2. Best college libero in the nation and it's not close. NCAA Volleyball on Twitter: "What. A. Dig. #NCAAVB https://t.co/uayqokXolH"
  3. Morgan came here to Stanford with the #1 recruiting class in the country. There are four freshmen starting and no doubt Hentz is the most valuable addition to the team. In the first four matches she has already made some unbelievable digs. Her passing is first rate. Some fans have posted on college volleyball forums that Hentz is or will be the best ever libero at Stanford. Do you have any other volleyball players in the bluegrass region who play like Hentz and might be interested in attending college on the west coast?
  4. Out here in California I heard about Morgan's play in the semi-final match. Wish I could have seen it. As a Stanford fan I look forward to four years of watching Morgan play in the Pac-12. The Stanford fans on college volleyball message boards are saying they are more excited about seeing Hentz play next year than the other incoming freshmen, two of which are the 2016 #2 and #3 recruits in the nation. Here is my reason for posting. There were some comments that Morgan will be getting knee surgery and plans to red shirt her first year at Stanford. I consider this a rumor. Can anyone confirm or refute Morgan red shirting the first college year to recover from surgery.
  5. Morgan at #22 on the Senior Aces is very high for a player projected to be a libero. That ranking is only for future college potential. It is not a ranking for past accomplishments. Most top liberos in the country are usually around 50 at best.
  6. It sounds like Morgan Hentz and her high school team are out to good start. I am a fan of Stanford University volleyball. I am glad Morgan chose us. I heard it was a difficult decision between Stanford and Penn State. I am going to follow Hentz's progress from afar until she starts college. Thanks for the reports on the volleyball matches.
