  1. I think CCH is just getting warmed up. I do believe they will get progressively better moving forward with season
  2. Not to read too much in it but it does bode well for the future for CCH... Do believe signs pointing to the tide turning...
  3. Guessing all the losses this year by birds must have to do with bad play calling, weather, or poor officiating instead of other teams simply being better
  4. 'Might have to shore up the D' is an understatement.... You just gave up 77 points..
  5. All time favorite Bengal game. That was hilarious. 61 to 7. Onsiding in 4th quarter, kicking field goal as time running out. Glanville asked for it and Wyche gave it to him. Ok in nfl. Wouldnt want to see it in high school.
  6. In the immortal words of Oddball. No more negative waves baby. Yes they will defeat HHS. It's a beautiful bridge. Woof woof
  7. Two CCH TDs called back, one a terrible call...believe the better team won
  8. Sycamore took Lasalle to OT last week.... they also return most starters from last years team including a big strong line, their QB, and highly rated D1 RB prospect Ravon Bonner.. Sycamore is a team that can hang with any of the GCL schools this year. Gonna be a tough chore the the CCH guys to hang in this one, although Im confident they will put up a strong effort
  9. Obviously D looked good. Only score for CCH came on a pick 6. Offense did move the ball, just couldn't punch it in. Had one score called back on a hold. All in all kids played a spirited game on both sides of ball on a very hot day.
  10. Starting D the whole way.... A little gassed at the end
  11. CCH has ball 1st down with minute and a half to go. OH had no time outs left. They hand off and run three times. Made no sense at all. Flashback to Bengals Steelers. Take the knee. Way it was going if CCH fumbles OH had a good shot to score and tie
  12. I'm thinking it will basically come down to line play on both sides of ball. Don't think lines will be huge, but If we can open holes for running game and protect QB believe this team can score with a talented bunch of skill players. On D side gotta be able to control the run up front. Again not huge in size, but definitely see most of the sophs and juniors from last year looking noticeably bigger and stronger....
  13. Add in bicycle riding, skate boarding, snow skiing, hiking, and just generally living life, it's all a risk
