I don't think this is a good hire at all. But I also hope he proves me wrong.

I know they are in the interviewing stage because one guy was told he didn't make the list of guys that would be interviewed. I heard they did a round of phone interviews and now face to face interviews.

I would really like for Shawn Ford to get a serious look here. I know he applied and Newport would get a great coach. Haven't really heard of what others that have applied. I guess being an alumni from Scott I want former players and coaches to get the opportunity they deserve, and he is a good one.

Can Newport decide to keep the coach now that his ruling is over and he only got community service?

Any word on people that have applied.

Are they returning a lot of starters this year. I thought they were young last year.

:madman: That rules out who I was hoping would get the job. Bellevue should rethink what they are wanting, but that is just my opinion.

What do you want to do wait until school is out then the new coach have no idea of any players that are in the school. Or even have a meeting to try and get new kids out. The new coach would still have to build a staff and I am sure they have ideas of what teachers will be back and ones that wont be.

April and still 11 jobs open. Practices will be here before you know it.

It's now April, I can't believe schools still have open jobs this long. Have they even started interviewing or anything. Anyone have any inside info.

What a shame this program has fallen like this. I hope someone can get it back to what it once was.
