    Lets be constructive but also lets get serious. From what I understand from close sources, no qualified former or current head coaches that have ties to the program have even been contacted or applied. If you want to turn this program around you can't risk hiring a bum. Chuck Smith applied 2 years ago and it seems that no one wants it. What has happened to one of the most storied football programs in the state?
