  1. Can the comments be repeated? Just curious. Disturbing, as towards their own players or opposing players.
  2. CCH has some tremendous talent on their team. For a school like Cooper that does not have a tremendous pool of boys to choose from for a soccer program it was a good game. CCH by no means dominated and abused them, Cooper played defense all night, and their goalie should hold his head high given the fact that soccer is something he just recently took up in the past few years and goalie this year. At the end of the game everyone needs to remember this is not professional soccer, it is high school soccer. I do hope the boy from CCH that looked as if his shoulder was out of socket is okay. The coaches from CCH didn't looked concerned at all, they looked more irritated that the game had to be stopped. Well done Colonels.
  3. Cooper did a really good job last night, and yes A Snow is an incredible player. With that being said, let's not forget the other team mates that showed up too. Goal Keep J Linder had some incredible saves, and the defense did a great job too. B Cornforth had some great plays as well. Praying that L Adams is okay to play Thursday. Hats off to D Cooper and T Workman as they had some great drives too. Well done Cooper Soccer!
  4. Why can't Town and Country be used? Yes, I know they have soccer going on too but if it is scheduled in advance. There is also College of Mt. St. Joe, that is a nice field too.
  5. Curious as to whether the boys had to run sprints after the tie. I really hope not.
  6. I was vague, sorry. Having to sit through two games of him reffing was enough to drive a person insane. The inconsistency of his calls, and the abuse of the whistle. Over all a great game played by both teams.
  7. Two games in a row with the same CR, he really needs to retire.
  8. KingOfClutch33, as much as I would like to believe that this has nothing to do with Soccer/Football and simply because the person lining it chose a bad color when they lined it on Monday doesn't hold water with me. For 12 years I have been attending soccer games in many states. Many tournaments where the teams are playing multiple games a day for days in a row. Not even at these tournaments, and even having a game late in the day have I seen a field as poorly lined as Cooper last night. Do I think a field should be lined every day, not if it isn't being use. For the person who schedules having fields lined, one should take into consideration how many games are going to be played that week. Five, count them five soccer games. Yes, I think it should have been lined before the men's games. When even the players can't see the line, tell me how the SLR can look down the field and determine if the ball is in or out when you can't see the line. So you are saying that they will line the football field before the game Friday? I wonder if they wait at least 5 football games until the field is lined again? If you were by chance at the soccer game last night you would have heard many other people complaining about it. In your above comment you appear to know a lot about Cooper and who takes care of the field, I would love to know they name. The squeaky wheel gets oiled. The topic of this thread is "So how is your field looking?"
  9. By the time the varsity game started last night you could barely see the lines. It's very sad that soccer takes a back seat, because I can guarantee you it will be freshly lined for the football game against Highlands Friday night.
  10. When is the final game? Where is it being held?
  11. Congrats to NCC on their win, well deserved. That being said, NCC looked like a completely different team last night than when they played Cooper on September 6th. Are we sure they didn't play a Boone card and dress their parents and put them on the field? J/K No, I do not think they had a weak game schedule. The boys did a fantastic job this season, and should be very proud.
