  1. Are theBoone JV players predominantly middle school players who can't play with varsity players or are they mostly freshman and sophomores?
  2. I wasn't here usually means you were there. Lol
  3. Why do certain people always complain on bluegrass preps? Complain about your kid's coach, fields, officials, etc. can't you think of something positive to say?
  4. CC must be one heck of a team to start 3 freshman and beat Cooper by more than 30 points. Very impressive!!!
  5. I'm not referring to Cooper. Don't know anything about Cooper. You continue to talk about how hard it is for your young team to score. I'm saying other teams with middle school players are putting up a lot of points.
  6. The middle school girls playing up don't seem to have any problems scoring in varsity games
  7. Maybe players want to go on vacations with the family, spend time with friends and focus on school. Life is not all about sports. What are you going to remember when you are older? The amazing vacation to Mexico with your family or basketball practice. Nothing wrong with playing one sport. Too much emphasis on playing multiple sports. These kids need to do what makes them happy, not what makes parents and coaches happy!!
  8. That's strange. Why would a coach want to go there? You would think with an open district that they could some pull players to the school.
  9. It puzzles me how a school the size of Cooper doesn't have more girls playing. Looks like only a couple of upper classmen on the roster. What's up with that??
  10. I was at the Highlands game and was impressed with #24. The Cooper roster shows that she is a senior. Not sure why she's not getting any credit and seems to be the only player with some height. Looks as if the interest is in the freshman and sophomore girls.
  11. That is incorrect!!! I know a middle school girl playing up on Freshman in a Boone County High School!!! Get your story straight before you post it.
  12. I felt just like you did when my daughter played AAU for you and you never challenged her. All you cared about was your daughter and a couple of other girls. You started Game Time and when it no longer provided any benefit for you or your girls - you dropped everything!! If you pick up a girl on AAU, then you should provide the same opportunity as your daughter or cut her from your team!!!
