That 90 minutes of electricity would save you $0.17 based on the numbers UKMF posted earlier :lol2:

I think the better question would be how much money would you have to save for you to run 2 hours consecutively?

Anyone want to do the math to figure out how much money you would actually save by doing this? That doesn’t even include the opportunity cost of those 2 hours.

I think everyone else feels the same way as the audience does about Angelina at this point. I don’t think people really care that she got them the rice. I think she believes this was some big strategic move to win over votes, but ever since the first tribal after the merge when Angelina told Elizabeth that she was being voted out, everyone knows that everything Angelina is doing is fake and is just trying to win jury votes. Everyone is in on the...

I disagree somewhat. Just going back to Ghost Island, Wendell won because of his relationships. Dom played a better more strategic game IMO, but Wendell was more well liked. I agree that they shouldn’t take personal relationships into account when voting for a million dollars and they should award it to who the best player is, but that doesn’t happen nearly as often as it should.

It was a joke. I think the prevailing thought was that he could flip to Louisville, but it was really just a joke.

Angelina has zero chance. Kara has a lot of friends on the jury and Alison formed some strong relationships behind the scenes with a lot of people. I don’t think either is ahead of Davie, Nick, or Mike but it wouldn’t surprise me if they won.

Wow. That sucks. Christian is one of the best people to ever play survivor. This definitely won’t be the last time we see him. He’s just a really, really good dude. Sad to see him go but it would have been the easiest vote in history if he was in the finals. I truly think 5/6 people left have a legit chance to win this game. This should be one of the best finales in a long time.

JJ Weaver tweeted today that he is 110% committed to UK. Well UK can kiss him goodbye because he’s as good as gone. If I’ve learned one thing with regards to recruiting it’s that when a commit says he’s 110% committed, he’s gone. 100% and he’s good, 110% is bad news.

He’s the exact opposite of the type of pg you want playing zone defense. Syracuse makes zero sense for either party.

I got a Wilson A2000 one year that I used for 4 years of HS ball and still have and it’s in pristine shape. A well taken care of, quality baseball glove can last forever.

The offer isn’t from UofL. It’s for UofL. When Petrino left, any offers cease to exist unless the new coach wants to offer the same players in which case he has to re-offer the player. UofL is not affiliated with the offer. They are giving the coach the ability to offer players. The offer is from the coach so if the coach is no longer employed by the university the coach doesn’t have anything to offer.

UofL isn’t offering kids scholarships. Bobby Petrino offered a scholarship to a kid to play football at UofL. The offer is from Petrino, not the University. UofL is under no obligation to any commit until they sign on the dotted line.

Went back and researched this thing and I forgot a lot of details about it. Stuart Scott basically narrated the games. Every time you made a shot, Scott would do a voiceover with one of his signature catchphrases. I spent so many hours downstairs with my friends playing this. Eventually we took down all the sides and would just use it as a hoop and play 1 on 1 games in my basement. I got in more fights as a kid playing this game than anything...

It wasn’t my first bike, but I do remember getting my first “big kid” bike for Christmas. Probably my favorite thing I got though was this ESPN pop a shot type thing. It had a basketball hoop, then a soccer goal on the bottom and then a hole in the middle to throw a football or baseball through. That thing was cool. Hands down the best gift I ever got as a kid.

That’s perfectly reasonable. I agree completely. Let’s say for instance Alabama went independent for whatever reason, they would likely be considered as a 1 loss non conference champ over a 1 loss conference champ simply because they are Alabama. Some people would say that’s not fair, but personally I don’t have an issue with that because Bama has earned that caché. Bama would be the only team in the country that would be considered over a 1...

This is nothing. So a new coaching staff doesn’t want the same guys Petrino recruited, this isnt a surprise. This happens almost every time a new coach is hired anywhere. If you think Satterfield is in the wrong here, you were probably just looking for a reason to knock Louisville.

There were also some first place votes for Gardner Minshew. Heisman voting is wack. Having a 1000 people vote on this award is crazy. The heisman voters should consist of ~20 people ranging from former coaches and the best experts in the country. I don’t even want former winners to vote because if their school has a guy in the running they are always going to vote for their guy. The whole process is flawed IMO. Submitting ballots before all the...

It also doesn’t seem fair to say Murray would have also played poorly against Georgia just because Tua did. We don’t know that. Kyler did everything he was asked and then some in every single game. So did Tua except for one game. Did Tua play bad against Georgia? I think most people would say yes. Is there any possible way to say Kyler also would have played poorly? No. There is no way to say Kyler would have performed poorly as well. I choose...
