Question? How did you get this whole picture to attach? I was trying to attach the whole frame this morning but it kept saying the file was too large.

I just don’t understand it. I understand it’s not exactly prime college basketball season and it’s right in the heart of college football, but we’re talking about one of the most historic sports programs in the world collaborating with one of the most recognizable brands in the world (Adidas) in what is probably the biggest corruption scandal in the history of amateur athletics. I just don’t get why nobody is talking about it.

Like I said, I think he was anticipating contact and closed it reflexively. I don’t know exactly what happened on the play, but I’m just trying to look at this as objectively as possible. I’ve never said you’re wrong, I’m just saying I don’t see exactly where the contact is that causes the glove to close. I’m weighing all viable options here.

Does it bother anyone else how little coverage this is getting? Bill Self is going to lose his job and no one anywhere is talking about it. Compare this to the Louisville stuff? Do we honestly believe if this was Calipari being accused of all of this under oath that this wouldn’t be front page everywhere? If anyone needs proof that Kansas is the media’s darling, what more do you need?

Maybe so. I don’t know what else to say other then I don’t explicitly see anything hit the glove until after it’s closed.

Yeah I donít see what youíre seeing. I see the glove closing in a completely normal way like it would if he caught the ball not because it was hit against something.

Basketball is much more an individual game than football is. Outside of the QB, you don’t really see individual players in football standout from the group in the same way basketball players do. We are used to seeing these kinds of decisions from basketball players.

Loyalty 100% matters. But who should Bosa be more loyal to, Ohio State or his family? The Bosas are obviously a pretty well off family to begin with, but this is generational type wealth we are talking about here. Nick Bosa would love nothing more than to be out there with his brothers. I don’t doubt that for a second. But this isn’t even a decision. I don’t know a single person in this world that wouldn’t make the same exact decision he would.

Again I’m not saying it didn’t happen I’m just saying that based on the video I don’t see where the glove was touched until the I posted. Could it have happened before that? Sure. But you don’t see the impact in the video. All you have is the glove closing early.

They think the fan shut his glove. I think the possibility that Mookie shut his glove early is very real. Show me the point of impact where the hand touched the glove. Save the sny remark about my vision because I literally just got my prescription updated last Tuesday. Haha

Why does everyone keep acting like this was a routine fly ball? This is an extremely difficult catch that would still be extremely difficult with no people around.

I think Mookie was anticipating contact and closed his glove a little early. This is an extremely difficult play and everyone keeps acting like it’s routine.

I don’t see anything touch Mookies glove until the frame I screenshotted. Someone could have touched it, I just don’t see where or who.

Here is where I think the guy in the orange shirt first touches Mookies glove. The glove is closed.

If you’re talking about the guy in the orange then he 100% doesn’t touch it until it’s closed. I’ve watched it 1000 times either the guy in the blue or the guy in the white touched his glove slightly in a way that’s not visible on camera or Mookie closed it on his own.

Maybe I’m looking for the wrong thing :idunno: are you saying it comes from the fan directly behind Mookies glove? I don’t see how contact from behind a glove would cause a glove to close. The fan that hits it from side to the side of Mookies glove appears to hit it after the glove is closed.

Again it just looks like the glove is closed or almost closed before a fan touches it. It could have but it would require a different camera angle than that to tell. I need to know for 100% sure than the fan caused it and I’m not seeing that.

It just looks to me like Mookie squeezed it shut himself. I don’t doubt that the presence of the fans caused him to squeeze it prematurely, but the fans hands don’t appear to cause it to shut. The fans hand hitting it wouldn’t cause it to close like that it would have distorted and moved the glove in an unnatural way. That glove closes perfectly as it would if the fans weren’t there. You can even see Mookie starting to squeeze the glove before...
