Watching both of them play most of their games last year, Whites motor is on a different level. I also haven’t been a huge fan of Bush since he threw a temper tantrum at Michigan State. Bush is a hell of a player so if the Bengals do draft him it will be a great pick and it will be fun rooting for him, but Id prefer White if given the choice. Just a personal preference for me.

Everyone needs a Devin White on their team. If he’s there when the Bengals draft and they don’t take him, I will be absolutely furious.

I see no way both the linebackers are there when the Bengals pick. Much better chance both are gone. Lapham officially predicted Dillard. Tbh I would not be thrilled about that pick. I would rather them trade than take Dillard or any OT at 11.

In the same class with Haskins. OSU got an early commit from Tristen Wallace who played QB in HS but ended up flipping his commitment to Oregon to play receiver. When Wallace decommitted Ohio State flipped Haskins from Maryland. So OSU did their due diligence on Hoak since he’s right down the road, but he isn’t really the type of QB that fit an Urban Meyer system and this was pre-Ryan Day and Kevin Wilson who like more pro style guys.

Quote directly from Gunnar Hoak. “After much thought and consideration, I have decided to put my name in the NCAA transfer portal. With graduation coming up next week, I knew I had an important decision to make for my future including my football and academic careers. I would like to thank Coach Stoops and the UK staff for understanding that I need to see if there are any other options for me at this time in my career.”

So a kid wanting to come home, play for his favorite school growing up, playing for the school his dad, uncle, and cousin all played for is somehow a knock against his drive and willingness to compete? Spare me.

He may not be transferring to start. His HS was 20 minutes from Ohio State. Ohio State already has one grad transfer from a power 5 school on the roster who came simply to be a backup. Ever since the Baldwin transfer news, there has been smoke about a Hoak transfer to OSU. Not saying it’s going to happen, but would he rather be a backup in a Ryan Day system where he’s one play away from getting an opportunity or would he rather stay in Lexington...

Could be a huge help to Ohio States depth at the QB spot.

Martell was recruited hard by basically everyone in the country. I personally see Martell starting at Miami. He’s the most talented guy in the QB room IMO.

Martell certainly has had a shaky spring by all accounts. It’s not a lock that he starts by any means.

It’s more than just Georgia and Ohio State. With the interesting QB storylines. Georgia, Ohio State, Clemson, and Alabama will all have 2 former QBs likely starting at major D1 schools this year. Ohio State will have Burrow (LSU) and Martell (Miami). Georgia will have Eason (Washington) and Fields (Ohio State). Alabama will have Hurts (Oklahoma) and Barnett (USF). Clemson will have Johnson (Northwestern) and Bryant (Missouri). These have been 4...

I’m not really sold on Finley either. I like Grier more than Finley honestly.

I agree with both of these. Of the two, White is definitely the preferred target. I just personally see him off the board when the Bengals pick. I also don’t think Will Grier will ever be a starter in the NFL. I do think the Bengals take a QB sometime in the first 3 rounds and it seems to me that he is likely to be that choice.

My official predictions: Devin Bush in Round 1. Then at some point I think we take Will Grier.

I have no issue with Baldwin leaving. Whether it be homesick or not winning the starting job. Wish him the best and will root for his success wherever he lands much like Joe Burrow last year. But if something were to happen to Fields, the season will likely be over for OSU. Fields isn’t a statue like Haskins either that they could just have hang out in the pocket all day and reduce injury risk. Fields will be running the ball a lot. That’s a...

The caffeine addiction is 100% the cause of the headache. About 4 years ago I weaned myself off of caffeine. The first week was brutal. Headaches everyday. It lasted for about 2 years and I relapsed and don’t have the will power to try again. Haha

Not going to lie, I have a caffeine addiction. Coffee, pop(mostly Coke Zero), occasional energy drink. I honestly don’t drink coffee for the “boost” but more so to prevent headaches. I also really like the Monster Energy Ultra Zero Orange flavor. Zero Calories, Zero Sugar. I don’t pretend to act like just since it’s zero calories that this stuff is great for me, but if I have a headache, they usually get rid of it.

The US Open at Pebble will be interesting for me. I will always root for Tiger, but I really, really want to see Phil complete the career grand slam. Phil has already won at Pebble this year. If both Tiger and Phil are in contention it will be tough deciding who I want to see win more.

I don’t know whether to classify this as a spoiler, but I’ll label it as such. SPOILER: At the end of the trailer, it was confirmed that it is indeed Palpatines evil laugh. How he plays a role in all this will be very interesting.

Individual sports are so unique because they allow us to root for greatness. In team sports we hate to see dynasties. People hate the Patriots, Bama, Warriors, etc. But golf allows us to celebrate and appreciate greatness on a level that we aren’t accustomed to. Yesterday I think ~95%+ of the people watching the Masters were pulling for Tiger. Allowing fans to celebrate and appreciate greatness is one of the things that makes me enjoy the sport...

Tiger won this Masters in a way that he has never won a major before. He played conservative all week. Let the young guys, who the golf world has tried to convince us wouldn’t falter to the Tiger roars at Augusta, make mistakes. Just brilliant.
