Maybe I just missed it; but, I thought he was in a private sensitivity training teleconference. The rules of sensitivity training sessions are too openly/privately discuss random thoughts and explore the impact of statements and actions of the past and present to avoid issues in the future. The N-word needs to disappear; but, to discuss it in sensitivity training is exactly the type of environment where real progress can be made toward its...

Agree 100%. But, I was under the impression he uttered the word in quoting a public figure of the past that experienced no ridicule whatsoever. Perhaps a very poor example but an attempt showing how times have positively changed. Maybe I misread what he so poorly communicated.

Probably have seen Dontae 20 times over the last three years. I think he is the consummate team player and works hard to share and allow teammates to give what they've got; but, whan needed he dominates. Great player that is a joy to watch. His athleticism is best demonstrated by how smoothly he consistently gains separation. He might not gain heavy minutes early at U.K. (If offered); but, I believe by his upper class years he would be a...

My read of the article was the same as yours. If we are correct, than my immediate thoughts are ..."we have to be able to talk about racism and all its' ugliness, if we are ever going to eliminate it."

Shearer would have been on the field when I heard the warm-up thuds. Will Seger have been the back-up punter.

Waaaaaaay back in my playing days, it was always two-a-days for two solid weeks. Three hours in the morning....two hour lunch breaks at school...three hours in afternoon. Usually full pads in morning, but very light hitting finished off with last 15 minutes of bull in the ring. Afternoons always heavy hitting with suicides to end practice. Forgot to mention...2 five minute water breaks each session (no such thing as gatorade) plus all the...

Is he their punter, also. Was on the sidelines against Ryle and have never heard a louder thud off a kicker's foot as SK's punter warmed up into the net.

Just my prediction, the Pioneers will have a run first, run second, and pass rarely offense. Been a longtime since Independence has seen this style. Coach Lucas likes the wide-open, pedal to the metal style; but, the 2018 Pioneers have something special in their ground game this year. Thought running the Wing T like Scott Co. would be a change-up that would serve this talented stable perfectly. But, Oldercoach is really old school.

Maybe 220. Original builder warranty might be little hard to expect being honored. But, golly these old structures have withstood a lot and are still standing.

That would be the real Atown....Augusta, Ky....and soon to be a dining mecca of No. Ky with the historical refurbishing and opening of the Beehive, Augusta Tavern. Come see us in late September.

Have done the Freedom Trail multiple times. Favorite stopping points were Old North Church and then the grave of Crispus Attucks.

The young Mrs. Oldercoach (a forever non-golfer) and I are going to be celebrating our 50th in August by touring New England. Going to kick it off by playing both Winged Foot and then Sleepy Hollow. Thought that would get things started right and then the clubs get put away for 15 days. My friends tell me the clubs should stay in Augusta. They're non-golfers, also.

Had a momma and 5 babies behind a retaining wall. Critter Getter guy got three babies in cage the first night and two babies and momma the next night. He walked up to cage with a blanket in front of him to hide himself, dropped it over cage with no issues. He told me he was going to release them in TAC's yard, because he was on the record not allowed to shoot them. Worked out well for $150.
