Anyone ever turbo smoked a picnic shoulder? I thought the wife bought a ham for dinner tonight, I was going to smoke it slow for about 5 hours, putting in on around noon. When I pulled it out of the fridge it was NOT a ham hah. Turns out it's a 10.5lb picnic shoulder. I got it on around noon and and debating whether to crank the temp up on it to try and get it done around 7 or bite the bullet and pull it off before bed and eat it tomorrow.

I would stay away from anything that has a rebuilt title due to water damage. There are so many electronics in vehicles today that there is a lot that can go unnoticed with water damage until it actually becomes a problem. As far as a rebuilt title due to an accident, as long as the frame or unibody wasn't bent, I'd say you would be okay. Even if the frame was bent, you may still be okay as long as it was straightened or replaced by a reputable...

Correct and once people realize they will be caught and prosecuted, the bomb threat's would stop quickly.

Obviously if there is a bomb threat you have to treat the situation that there really is a bomb and clear the area. After that is done you go on about your day and find the person who made the threat and incarcerate them. Pretty sure it's a felony and surprisingly enough, the person who makes the threat is generally caught.

Funny you mention that, the last time I was at a Reds game was 2 or 3 years ago and I spent close to $100 on beer and food.

    1. No, a lot of schools lose money on athletics, so I have no issue contributing to help them at least break even. 2. Not if I'm thirsty. 3. My wife does most of the shopping which helps save us a ton of money. I do handle most of the meat purchases and buy from a local butcher, but their prices are just as reasonable or better than Kroger. 4 and 5. This is where I am cheap. I essentially have a small theater in my home with access to...

This thread has taken a hilarious turn. I'm not one for participation trophies and while at first thought that appears what these type of rings are. However, take a look at it this way and see whether you think it's good or bad. By making a bowl game these kids (in general) helped make their school quite a bit of extra cash, so why not reward them with something that carries monetary value? Some of the kids will keep their rings because either...

You do have Alma's and Rocco's though. I've never had Carrabba's so I can't speak on it but I will say that after reading this thread I did take a look at their menu. I'll give it a try next time I'm near one and don't have other dinner plans.

Typically bring my own, otherwise it's typically gas station food when we stop to fuel up the equipment. Suplex Taco's in Ashland has the best gas station food you will ever eat by the way hah. Occasionally when we know we have some extra free time and are about done for the day we will hit up a Chinese buffet and let the business pay for it.

No problem, sorry for not getting back to you with the chemical name for it. We've been so slammed with work that I honestly completely forgot about it. Ashland milling is great though, they will always steer you in the right direction as long as your able to tell them what your wanting to do. Glad you got what you needed and I can testify that it does indeed work. You may need some seed after the fact because it will literally kill everything...

North Korea and their leader are in a world of poo at the moment. Either they and Kim back off from the nuclear program or they will most likely see the wrath of what the US military is capable of. Either scenario is bad for their government as backing off would admit defeat and going to war would likely mean there is no more North Korea. At this point I can't see China helping them and hopefully North Korea knows that and will accept it as what...

To the bolded, do they not take any damage if North Korea is allowed to continue to develop their nuclear program and military strength? My guess is that they will take damage either way.

It's a tough call at this point in time. Basically, North Korea does not have ICBM's that could reach the USA, so we're safe. South Korea on the other hand is not safe. But will they ever be if things continue on the current track? Also, how well do they trust our air defense system Aegis? If it's as capable as advertised, a nuclear warhead could likely be intercepted before it ever detonates.

I'd have to do more research to respond with an educated answer. But this is the first time I've seen anything like this happen. Though I will say, I don't believe China has said that they wanted to eliminate the nuclear weapon program from North Korea. They seem to be willing to initiate sanctions however as well as let us take care of it on our own if need be. To me that's a big deal, as long as China doesn't want to go to war over it, we can...

From yesterday and today's news it appears that China is playing along with the idea of taming down fat boy. They have sent North Korean cargo ships full of coal back to North Korea still fully loaded with coal, which is North Korea's biggest export to my knowledge. China also told them to quit taunting President Trump. I get the gist that China does not want to be involved in this and that they are willing to let us handle it ourselves if North...

Ramen Noodles for the win, chicken flavored to be specific. When the noodle is cooked al dente and you add some italian seasonings and a little bit of spice (I'm on a Habanero black pepper kick lately) it is probably the best cheap meal you'll ever eat. Not to mention it can be prepared in 3 minutes. I despise tomatoes in general but tomato soup and grilled cheese is a really good cheap meal as well and a little more filling than the ramen.

They're clearly bluffing and by "they" I'm using that term loosely since the statement likely came from Kim Jong Un alone. But if i had to guess by nuking us "they" meant that they could get one to one of our military bases in the Pacific. I'm not sure how President Trump will or should handle it, but if they want to threaten us then they better be able to make good on that threat. China doesn't seem to happy with fat boy either. My guess is...

As mentioned before, Russia isn't going to do anything. They are smart enough to know what the consequences will be. The idiot in North Korea on the other hand, he's so far out of touch with reality that who knows what he could do if he has the weaponry to do it. Today he said he would Nuke us if we provoked them. Sounds close enough to a threat to me that I'd just go ahead and take care of the problem.

Your splitting hairs at this point. Chemical weapons were used in the attack last week, everyone knows it. I can't see why anyone would waste their time defending such a thing. But whatever, I guess politics take precedent over lives..
