So your telling me that the media outlets, as well as politicians, that said President Trump didn't have a chance to win the election may be responsible for the leaks? You gotta be kidding me, if they (the media) were that far off on the poling information prior to the election how in the world would they have the sources to give them this kind of information. :idunno: Hopefully most of you read well enough into my post to see that there is...

Weird weather we are having. A tornado touched down in the Ashland area last night, Ironton/Coal Grove Ohio to be exact. Had the storm tracked a few miles southeast it would have touched down in downtown Ashland. Thankfully there were no injuries reported from the storm, just a lot of trees down for the most part as it hit a somewhat rural area just outside of Ironton. Tornado's in this area are not common at all and the crazy thing about...

I'm aware of that, but in this day in age there is almost always an announcement or leak. No announcement or leak pretty much means he's gone. The fact that there is no word on any scheduled press conference at this time pretty much tells me he's gone.

Handicap stickers don't bother me so much as I don't know anything about most of the people that have them. The panhandlers that I see pushing wheelchairs all over town to get to an open corner or down the street to another panhandler during shift change burns my ears though. The wheelchair is just a dual purpose prop, one to help sale the "help me" campaingn and the other to give them something to prop their rear down on so they don't actually...

Doubtful. I can't see him just quitting the job because some people don't like him. Honestly he seems like one of the last people in the World that would take that route.

I tried it once, that was enough for me. Your assessment of it is spot on, it's absolutely nothing like pot if you get a high dose of it. I know that synthetic bath salts carries a class A felony now, I'm not sure what the synthetic pot carries but do know it is no longer legal.

The short answer to your questions is essentially, yes. However, they are focused on one thing and one investigation only at this time. Basically, unless it could potentially cause President Trump problems, don't expect any investigation to happen.

Possibly. I'm curious what the aggravated murder is about that led to the tracking of his vehicle. Seems like the investigation is either progressing, or there is an entirely different incident being investigated as well.

I haven't read the Cinci article yet, but here is one from WSAZ in Huntington that details what I have touched on. UPDATE: Man charged with tampering, vandalism in Rhoden murder investigation

I know, it sounds questionable. But he had been interviewed by them recently and failed a polygraph. I don't typically trust polygraph results, too many ways to sway the results. But I imagine he had a pretty good idea who put the tracking device on his truck.

Appears that it was court ordered and he had no knowledge of it, until he found and destroyed it. His father also mentioned that his son failed a recent polygraph test and that the BCI was reaching for straws at this point. There was also some mention of the truck that the tracking device was placed on being involved in aggravated murder which is what led to the GPS transmitter being court ordered. Have no idea if this is connected directly to...

Tossed a pork shoulder on last night around 10:30 to make some pulled pork for family of a good friend of mine that passed away last week. When I went to sleep the Akorn was sitting at 225, woke up this morning and it was still chugging along at 225. I'm through the stall now and expect to hit the 205 internal temp range by 3pm, likely earlier. Let the lil piggy nap for a couple hours then tear it apart and send it on it's way.

That's what I'm getting at with the generalizations. The guy that just lost his job (and is likely upset) says he didn't know he lost his job until he seen it on tv. So lets all believe him and bash the President for not flying to L.A. to tell him in person. Crazy thing is, that if Trump flew to L.A. to tell him, there would be people upset about that as well as it's a waste of taxpayers money.

Restaurants fire people all the time without it being face to face, maybe McDonalds is special, or maybe you're just generalizing things. As far as the letter goes, who knows whether he actually got it or not? I can't imagine that he didn't. Everyone else got it, why wouldn't he? Who said he didn't get it?

I could say the same about the bolded.. To think that the President of the United States of America can't get a letter or the information contained in a letter anywhere in the country in a short period of time isn't logical. And yes, there are people in the FBI that would have security clearance to pass the fax message or information from a letter along. Unless they have changed something after Hillary thinking it was okay to send classified...

1.) Why would the director of the FBI have his mailed screened? Wouldn't that take some type of security clearance for someone other Comey to read his mail? I didn't mean someone actually opening it and reading it, I meant screened as in who it came from and then prioritized. 2.) If his office is in Quantico where the headquarters are how can he get his mail while he is in Los Angeles? It could have been faxed to L.A. for all anyone...

I have no idea. But one would think that if it came from the President that whomever screens his mail for him would have gotten it to him rather quickly. Likely before he read it on the bottom line of the news. Unless there is incompetence involved, maybe his staff is incompetent, I dunno?

If he didn't open the letter and actually read it, causing him to find out that he was fired while watching tv.. Well, maybe he really is incompitent.
