Was "fortunate" enough to watch this with my in-laws and Mrs. C1 this afternoon at Wilder Cinema. Great job on the comfy reclining chairs! :thumb: Movie had some lulls but the action scenes certainly made up for it. And Gal Gadot may be the most stunning dark haired actress in the industry. She is flat out gorgeous! Consider me a fan and hats off to DC for leaving the barn door wide open on sequels, future Superfriends Hall of Justice films,...

Freeze having a Jerry Springer esque moment...? Will be curious to learn if said call/s were made to provide "ladies" for recruits?

Thank you for the feedback. Looks like this is one I'll wait to watch a few years down the road on a rainy Sunday on Netflix! I'm a big fan of war movies as well. It's going to take a monumental for any film to equal or best the likes of a "Saving Private Ryan!"

Zips and Quatman Cafe in Cincinnati are home to the best burgers I've ever had in the area. Enjoy wherever you end up. A well made medium rare burger rocks!!! :thumb:

Enjoy mustard and ketchup...however, cincy style chili, shredded mild cheddar or colby jack cheeses with mustard is my favorite!

Sandals does a great job. Mrs. C1 and i went to Montego Bay Jamaica 21 years ago last week for our honeymoon and had a blast. And i haven't heard a complaint since from those who have gone to a Sandals resort since. Eat well, drink well, and utilize as many of the water sports as possible. I'm a fish when on vacation ( play like one and drink like one :) ). We figured by mid-week the vacation had paid for itself by the amount of all inclusive...

Is it fair to say it's going to be hot wherever one finds themselves in the state of Kentucky over the next 5+ days give or take a few degrees?

Haven't been to Carrabba's in awhile. Got drug to a surf and turf wine dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Mind you, one should for the price at $40/person. This is a monthly occurrence for them and i highly recommend it. 4 course meal with 4 complimentary glasses of wine. Service was excellent and the food was very good. Thank you Carrabba's for a very solid evening! :thumb:

Well done PHS on the fund raising campaign and end result. This locker room is better than what many colleges have...:lol2: Better start an annual couch fund or replace with chairs! Those couches may last a couple years if your lucky...

I enjoy the posts from the page at the end....especially the one that says, and I'm paraphrasing...."because of these people I'm going to eat more fish!" :lol2: Thinking tilapia sounds pretty good on a bed of rice this evening. Wonder if the rice will be hurt by the thought of that???

Was going to go today until I discovered the ticket price for just one person to attend. Had a great anniversary dinner with Mrs. C1 instead and re-stocked our wine and liquor supply! :) Enjoy today...weather is going to be fantastic!

Not that you'll find me hunting for rocks. But I see greater merit in searching for rocks than staring into a smart phone looking for imaginary creatures! Pet rocks were big back in the 70s. Sounds like this is Pet Rock 2.0 "Share it with Others!"

I'm guessing Anderson was simply before Plantmans time. Anderson was a very sound, steady eddy, leader. He was an action spoke louder than words type QB. The Bengals had a very balanced attack with Anderson at the helm ( Pete Johnson, Dan Ross/ML Harris, Collingsworth, Curtis ). Boomer enjoyed the supporting cast of McGee, Eddie Brown, James Brooks. Both QBs were blessed with very good O-lines and great defenses. Just not good enough to stop...

Back in the stone age there were Church's in Madisonville and by the Cincinnati Zoo. I frequented both in the 80s with family and we really enjoyed it. However, not on the list...do yourselves a favor and get a spicy chicken biscuit with dirty rice on the side the next time you're in the southeast at a BoJangles! :thumb: Bojangles’ Famous Chicken ‘n Biscuits | Features Currently the only Chicken place I currently visit on the list is...

Great thread Slobber Knocker! I'll contribute two names to the mix from Dixie Heights: seniors Kairus Wahington OL/DL, and Brandon Barker RB. Kairus is a state championship heavyweight wrestler runner up. So well known on the wresting front, not so much on the football side. The young man has very good feet, hands, and size. Brandon is a patient, slasher with solid speed. He'll be running behind a good o-line with size and experience....

I enjoyed the subway singer as well. The 13 year old girl was very solid also. As crazy as the balancing guy was ( with the wife whose Mother-in-law wasn't aware they were married ), I just don't see that being an act I would pay to see in Vegas! The comedian whose shtick was folks questioning his sexuality may do well. In other news...i cannot get enough of Heidi Klum. She just makes me happy !!! :bunny:
