The cream does have a tendency to rise to the top. Congrats to Coach J and the Trinity program.

Sorry i missed this MN...no this isn't Bengals DCs son. Good kid and fleet of foot. He'll keep opposing defenses on their toes running behind that big Dixie Heights o-line!

I'm picking a Raider upset. They'll need to take the Dixie approach ( and succeed ) by methodically running the ball to eat clock and keep the blue boy strengths offensively off the field. Go Raiders!

His wife and him travel together and live out of their tour bus. She blogs and i recently saw them host a cool episode of fantastic foods on the travel channel. Something akin to the most obnoxious and good sandwiches they've crossed paths with while on the road. There's a place in Austin TX with a monsteer burger honoring Elvis with a reese cup ish center, banana bread, bacon, banana...it sounds crazy good! I will definitely inquire when i...

:lol2: I was fortunate enough to see Marcel Marceau in Paris, and then meet him in Cincy years after. He was a man of few words and considered one of the greatest mimes of all time. I would pay $$$ to watch a mime of his stature for an hour! Jeff Dunham has done well with the ventri' schtick...it would be great to see him reach out and assist the young up and comer down the road!

I'm holding myself to the following standard regarding this show: Who would i willingly spend $$$ to see on stage? The only act meeting that mindset last night for me was the comedian. Looking forward to seeing how the rest plays out. PS - I like the asian dance team. Just don't forsee myself watching them beyond 5-10 mins and enjoying it.

I'm going to second and triple this mindset. I was blessed to be raised by a very good defensive driver and I've been blessed by heavenly guidance, preventing doom and destruction, more times than not... :thumb:

Played for the first time this year in a scramble at Boone Links last week. I hit the driving range a few days before to "re-acquaint" myself. We used 6 of my drives, and 3 of my approaches. I couldn't sink a birdie putt to save my life. :lol2: I was in good company though...my teammates suffered from the same no-putt-itis as well. We finished at "EVEN." If the putts had sank we figured we would've finished conservatively -7. More importantly...

I'm hearing Paul Guenther will be their QB. The Colonels graduated an awful lot of their defense. How effectively the d comes together will determine this seasons success. Expect the same ol same ol 3 yds and a cloud of rubber turf fill on offense.

It takes some serious nonsense.....for Mrs. C1 and I to not tip 20%. We grew up in the service industry and place high value on the "do unto others" concept. Every know and then we will tip 30% for extraordinary service that contributed to an even better dining experience! :thumb:

I gladly donate to the state education fund. Mrs. C1 enjoys the "scratchies" especially the crossword ones. I worked with a welder on a job who according to him is up about $4000 after 5 months this year. He just plays $20 scratch offs. After taxes he made $11000 playing them last year. So according to him the $20 scratchies are the way to go! I'm just too frugal to be dropping $20 a scratch off...:lol2:

It's a scrimmage! Yes it will be great for the boys to beat on someone else other than a teammate. Thinking these coaches will keep this game pretty vanilla. And i look for a lot of folks to walk away from this game impressed with the Shamrocks speed at the skill positions and execution in the trenches.

On that subject, I'm scratching my head as to why you think the birds will lose to Scott. Scott will be better than they were last year. But i don't think they'll be better than the birds. If Dixies defense gels early in the season, that game to me will be 50/50 if not a Dixie W. As for the covcath game, I'll predict a loss. I'm looking forward to seeing how the birds players handle double duty. Hoping for the birds to get back on a good foot...

Folks that want to smoke it already do. It would benefit a lot of people for the above reasons to be able to have access to it if needed for medical reasons. Cannabis oil is dramatically improving the quality of like for many suffering from a slew of ailments. I have no problem with it being legalized. The tax revenue generated from what I'm hearing in California and Colorado is pretty substantial. Over sight of the revenue generated would be...
