ESPN needs to stick to sports. They have gotten so political lately. I will never forget Mike and Mike saying on heir radio show just last year that they refused to talk politics on their show but that didn't last. Now they can't keep themselves from talking about Kapernicks views and a lot other political topics. That show has jumped the shark also. Used to really enjoy it, not anymore. I find it hypocritical that they pull their...

So ESPN just announced they have removed one of their football play by play announcers from doing the Virginia Football game because of what happened in Charlottesville. All because his name is Robert Lee. Oh, btw, he is Asian. ESPN has gotten so bad anymore that they are tough to watch.

Your dad got them 2 years after we did. We got them in 77 and like your dad got to enjoy both SB's. So we shared many great memories. As your dad can attest to, there is nothing like following this team during their Super Bowl seasons.

We will just have to agree to disagree on who should be the starting qb. Hey I could be wrong. AJ could be worse but the problem is we won't know until it actually happens. So lets just just go on rooting on this team. Hopefully your right and we win in the playoffs this year. And hopefully I'm wrongnwhen I say we won't make the playoffs.

So what is my philosophy since you know everything? This is by far not the most successful run in franchise history. You do know we haven't won a playoff game in 26 years and counting right? That is the biggest difference in me and you. I know what a successful Bengals team looks like since I actually witnessed both Super Bowl runs in person. You on the other hand may not have even been alive the last time the Bengals ever won a playoff...

AJ was teh QB when they clinched their last playoff berth, just sayin. Hey, I understand I won't convince you with facts so we will just leave it as it is. I will keep wanting another QB to lead this team because the current one has proven he can't. And you can keep enjoying watching other teams play in the SB. We willjust leave this debate there.

Where do you get 80% success rate from? Success at what? Look at the 2 QB's stats in playoff games. AJ has the highest rating of the 2. AJ also led the team back from a deficit which Dalton has never ever ever done in a playoff game. AJ also threw for as many TD's in 1 game as Dalton has in total in 4 Games. So not sure what hat you drew 80% out of. Last I checked Dalton has 0% success in playoff games.

Keep ignoring the question I posed. Why would you want a worse QB to play in a playoff game for your team than one that already proved he is better in playoff games?

We will let the facts speak for themselves. Sanu for instance in 4 years playing in Cincy with Dalton as his QB only had 1 season where he caught more passes than he did in 1 year in Atlanta. Marvin Jones JR also out of 4 seasons in Cincy only had 1 year in Cincy that he had more receptions than he had in his 1 year in Detroit. Yea, I think both will agree they are in a better situation and a lot has to do with their current QB's.

What about the 2 linemen that left this year? I bet if you ask the majority of players (Who are already being paid millions) if they had a chance to win a SB ring would they stay with that team or would they leave for more money, many would choose a ring because they already have millions. Many athletes choose to take less for a chance to win.

Reasoning? I asked you a simple question that you refused to answer. The question was easy. You talked about how AJ was only mediocre through most of the playoff game and that is why you want Dalton to be the QB. Yet the fact still remains that "AJ Mediocrity" in the playoff game was still better than ANY game Dalton has had in the playoffs. So please explain why you would want a qb who plays worse in playoff games as your QB over one that...

You keep talking about his chemistry with his teammates, is that why the best players outside AJ Green are leaving in droves? How about his own linemen who he has this great chemistry with? Shoot the 2 best we had left the first chance they had. His #2 and #3 receiver left last year. The chemistry and leadership you talk about is nothing more than a figment of your imagination. If it was a good as you say it is after 6 years, his teammates...

Ok, you keep talking about this. So let me ask you something, if AJ played mediocre and you didn't like his playoff performance up to the point he led the team back, then how in the heck can you support Andy Dalton? You see, AJ may have had a medocre game according to you, but that mediocre game was still better than ANY of Daltons Playoff Games!!!!!! Don't you get it? You rip AJ for having a mediocre game and that is why you would rather...

And having the longest playoff win drought in the entire league is below mediocrity. There is only one team that gets to hold that title out of 32 which makes Bengals Playoff success over the last 26 years the absolute worst period.

And you deserve to watch them never win anything. That's what you apparently want. Mediocrity makes you happy apparently.

Actually what I would have said was I was glad to see Andy finally looked like he turned the corner and learned how to put the team in his back in crunch time. I fave Andy plenty of kudos that season for how he played that year. The only problem is he didn't do that in the playoff game did he?

Bingo. It's what I e been saying for years. Since when is your goal goal is to make the playoffs only. Screw just making it and losing in the 1st round every single time. What does that get you? Nothing. Majority if Cincinnati fans are so easy to please. No wonder the Browns stayed here. They don't have to even try to get better and most fans are happy.

Nah, I'm fine. I actually think those that want Dalton to be he starter are the ones torturing themselves. Isn't the definition of doing the same thing and expecting different results insanity? Who is torturing who? Those who continue to want the same thing but expect different results or those who want a change to see if different results can be obtained?

(I posted this the first time in 2015 and meant to post it last week, but it still has the same impact and meaning, this is for you) This is my favorite time of year...High School Football starts tonight and remember watching Corey who started playing in 1st grade and is now playing college ball, I couldn't help but sit down and jot down these words yesterday on the eve of the High School Football season. I don't see out of the 2 words in post 26 how that is the post that talked about AJ McCarron Did you even know that Mahomes doesn't play for the Bengals? Just in case you didn't, I thought I'd help you out, Mahomes doesn't play for the Bengals.

Well when you have your Dalton apologist out there that will defend every bad loss to a good team, it's what you're stuck with.

20% winning against those teams isn't above abg in my book. But that's ok. You all can go on claiming him to be the best, it hasn't gotten us squat in the past and it surely won't in the future.

Would they be? You have no proof they would be the same or worse with McCarron. Making blind predictions based off of nothing ends up proving nothing. AJ has only had 1 shot at 1 playoff game and in that 1 shot he was able to lead the team back from a 19 pt deficit in the 4th qtr and take the lead with just a little over a minute left in the game. Dalton has never came close to doing that in any of his numerous playoff opportunities. ...

Solid doesn't have a 20% winning % over good teams. He is avg at best. Avg doesn't get it done, as he has proven time and time again.
